Iced Cakes Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients Chocolate Icing 125gm butter 125gm butter 1/2 cup of castor sugar 1/2 cup cocoa sifted 1/4 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp sunshine full cream milk powder 2 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup hot water 2 cups self raising flour 3 cup icing sugar, sifted 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda 1/3 cup cocoa, sifted 1/4 cup sunshine full cream milk powder 1/4 cup water Method Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift all dry ingredients together, fold into cream mixture alternately with water. Spoon mixture evenly into two greased and lined sandwich tins. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Turn out and allow to cool. Sandwich cooked cakes together with chocolate icing. Spread remaining icing over top and sides of cake. Decorate with strawberries if desired. Chocolate Icing Beat butter until light and fluffy, add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

This is a revival of a 15th century ecclesiastical craft that many people enjoy today. By rubbing and embossing the tool on the back paper, you can displace the firers and the paper changes colour from grey white to snow white and are raised. Where the judges consider an exhibition does not possess sufficient merit, they will have the power to recommend a reduction in prize money or refrain from making an award. 2. All exhibits must be grown by exhibitor in cut flowers class 1A 17 and pot plants class 22 45. 3. All exhibits to have exhibitor s class number clearly shown on card and attached to exhibit, which will be received when entering. 4. Exhibitors must provide suitable specimen vases or bowls in arrangement 15 21. 5. Where a trophy / prize is awarded, no prize money will be paid. 6. No artificial oils or cleaners are to be used on plants (e.g. a half milk and water mixture). 7. Entries by members of Gladstone Orchid Societies to be limited to three plants per class free, sections 1A 17 and 22 45. (If members want to enter more than three plants in each class, they will be required to pay the $1.00 entry fee for any extra plants).
