René Anthony Rougeau was born March 25, 1986, in Sacramento, Calif. son of Debra and Glenn Rougeau majoring in criminal justice has two brothers, Pierre (25) and Sean (19), and three sisters, Dominique (10), Angelique (7) and Monique (1) cousin Wayne Powell played on Louisiana Tech s basketball team. Rougeau begins his third season in the Runnin Rebel program in 2006-07.
