Note:- 1. The Participating Colleges should send their entries to the concerned convener 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the competitions (except Cricket, Athletics & Youth Festival) 2. Carrying prescribed current academic year Eligibility particulars (Computer printed) is compulsory. 3. Tournament commences on scheduled date at 9 am sharp Except Cricket Matches. 4. Team without Physical Education Director / Manager / Coach will not be entertained. 5. The players who are participating directly in selection trials are informed to report to the convener on 2 nd day of Inter zone competition along with eligibility Documents at 8 a.m. 6. In individual Events like Athletics, Swimming, Cross Country, Yoga, Wrestling, Judo, Gymnastics, Wt Lifting, Power Lifting & Best Physique etc., are Competition cum Selection trails; hence no separate selections trails will be conducted. 7. In eight zones & five zone tournaments two teams are qualified for Inter zone tournament. In Two zone sports four teams from each zone will qualify for Inter zone tournament. But in Chess eight teams from each zone will qualify for Inter zone tournament. 8. Team managers are requested to report the venue (at the Organizing College) previous day evening of the tournament / competition. 9. For drawing fixtures the conveners are informed to follow the Hand Book (Appendix H) Sd/- DPE & Member Convener Registrar
