Prerequisite: Snowplow Sam for skaters under age 7. Group class with an emphasis on combining moves taught in Basic Skills, and learning skills beyond the basics. Class is open to families who want to learn to ice skate together as well as beginning adult skaters. These lessons are available on practice ice and provide the opportunity for instruction tailored to the skaters particular needs. Private lessons are helpful to get extra assistance on difficult skills, accelerate through the program faster, and to prepare for tests and competitions. Private coaches serve as a great source of guidance and knowledge and can help you on your journey in skating. Lessons can be arranged directly with the coach of your choice. If you need assistance choosing a coach or for more information, contact Skating Director Steve Hartsell at (248) 762-5201 or shartsell78@hotmail.com.
