More information will be provided concerning the race. Each registered runner will receive a team t-shirt. Everyone must wear running shorts, t-shirts, or sweats and running shoes no open toed shoes or bare feet. Participant will learn proper running form and long distance training techniques. Coaches will be needed for each team at the different sites. Participants must register at the Recreation office. NAYS Soccer Coaches Training (Initial Level) This training is for all CCRD Youth Sports Coaches. It is provided by the National Alliance for Youth Sports. Timberlake Twirlers 2017/18 Season Award Winning Baton Twirlers The Twirlers are excited to begin a new season.
