It is then the responsibility of the Team Managers to brief their riders of any relevant information that will ensure the smooth running of the event (timings for Practice, Alcohol Breath Testing, arrangements for the Rider s presentation, Winners presentation ceremony etc.) *Payment of Expenses Reimbursement: All amounts can only be paid to the competitors in (Euros) equivalent to the exchange rate on the Friday prior to the event Protests and Appeals: Any person or group of persons competitor, passenger, sponsor, manufacturer, official, etc. recognised by the FIM Europe and affected by a decision taken under the authority of the FIM Europe, has the right to protest against that decision before the International Jury (except in the case of statement of fact). 3 of 7
Protests against the eligibility of a competitor, passenger, entrant or a motorcycle entered, must be made before the start of the official practice. Protests against results must be presented to the International Jury within 30 minutes following the announcement of the results. An appeal may be made against a decision of the International Jury to the FIM Europe Judicial Panel. All protests to the International Jury must be made in accordance with the requirement of the Disciplinary and Arbitration Code of the FIM Europe and be accompanied by a fee of 350 Euros or - (state amount and currency) to the exchange rate of the Friday prior to the event. The fee will be returned if the protest is justified or forfeited if the FIM Europe Judicial Panel considers the protest to be groundless, or if it is withdrawn without a hearing Leaving the Meeting: No competitor may leave the pits, and no machine or engine shall be removed, until after the conclusion of the last race of the event, and then only with the permission of the Clerk of the Course/Race Director.
