ENTRY CONDITIONS No dogs permitted in horse section, entry will be refused. The rules and regulations of the Oberon Show Society Inc, as in the full Show Schedule, apply. Limited Parking available- Please be considerate of others when parking floats and trucks. Drug Testing may be carried out at this Show. PARTICIPANTS INDEMNITY & WAIVER MUST be completed, signed and submitted at the Show Horse booth, located at ring entry before entering any event. -PIC NUMBERS MUST BE INCLUDED -The waiver form must also be completed by handlers. -WRISTBANDS MUST be worn at all times. - Only a parent or guardian may sign a waiver for competitors under 18yrs. Exhibitors must pay entry to the showground $15.00 per adult per day. $5.00 per age pensioner/child per day Exhibitors compete at their own risk. All riders/competitors must wear a helmet, complying with Australian Standard AS3838, when competing at the Oberon Show. Stallion handlers must be 18 years and over. Stallions are not eligible to compete in Hack Ring. Stewards reserve the right to ask for the removal from the ring of any horse deemed to be out of control of handler or rider or a danger to any other person. Oberon Show Society Inc. RECOMMENDS horses to be vaccinated against Hendra Virus. Camping available at the Showground at a cost of $10 per night No protests entered into. Judges decision is final. Morning Tea 10.30 Lunch break between 12.30pm and 1pm Awards Prizes will be awarded to Champions and Reserves in each section DEFINITIONS Consolation events are for horses or riders who have not won a 1 st or 2 nd prize on the day of the show. Local: A Local rider is a rider or a horse owned by an exhibitor who is a resident of the Oberon Shire or a member of the Oberon Pony Club. Hack/Show Hunter: A horse or pony may only compete as EITHER a Hack or Show Hunter. Novice Any horse or rider is one that has not won a first place at any Agricultural or Royal Show. 2 NO CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY
