The Pro Shop National Golf Festival is a prestigious golfing event presented at 9 top golf courses along the Garden Route. More than 1000 rounds of golf have already been sold and more than 300 players will be taking part in 2017. The festival is a celebration of golf and offers participants of all skill levels the opportunity to create their own itinerary of taking part in up to 4 of the 18 Golf Days that will be presented during the festival. The festival offer hole (tees and greens) sponsors excellent value for money and we wish to invite you to become involved and treat your valued customers to a golf outing or give your brand valuable exposure during the event. Event Details Overview: The Pro Shop National Golf Festival will be presented for the 4th time in 2017. The event follows a unique concept of 18 individual golf days being played and presented over four days at some of SA s top courses along the Garden Route. The area features the highest concentration of top courses on the African continent and is in itself a major attraction. Players of all abilities/handicaps can participate and can buy a 5-star package or create their own itinerary. Through a unique handicap point system individual and overall winners are determined. Each of the 18 golf days have an individual prize-giving and prizes in access of R300 000 will be up for grabs for the festival. Dates: Registration Tue. 22 August. The event was previously known as the First National Festival of Golf with FNB as the headline sponsor. The Pro Shop will be the headline sponsor for the next three years. Sold to The Pro Shop Naming Rights Sponsorship Cocktail Function Sponsorship The festival will come to its climax with the official prize-giving and cocktail function at Fancourt on Saturday 26 August 2017 @ 19:00. Sponsoring this important event that will be attended by about 250 guests will get you the following: Naming rights to the function Corporate branding at 4 x holes during the festival. Leader board & Trophies Sponsorship The NGF leader board will receive a lot of attention and will be published on the event s website and Facebook page after each day s play. This sponsorship will also include the 15 x trophies for the festival, of which 4 are annual floating trophies. This sponsorship include the following: Naming rights to the NGF leader board Corporate logo on all 15 x trophies Special mention at prize giving at the cocktail function Corporate branding at 2 x holes during the festival.
