Québec Golf Hall of Fame Nomination Form The Québec Golf Hall of Fame is a Committee of Golf Québec which goals and objectives are to: acknowledge, honour, and perpetuate the memory of those who have made a significant and positive contribution to golf in Québec, as amateur or professional competitors, directors, officials, or others; plan for the financing of the Québec Golf Hall of Fame s activities and projects; obtain, organize, and preserve the documents, mementos, and other items pertaining to the history of golf in Québec; set up and maintain a place where the memory of inductees of the Québec Golf Hall of Fame as well as the documents, mementos and other items mentioned here above will be preserved and displayed; promote and encourage, in cooperation with other committees and members of Golf Québec, the development of golf in Québec. This committee is responsible for reviewing nominations and selecting inductees in the Québec Hall of Fame. To be eligible for induction into the Québec Golf Hall of Fame, whether alive or posthumously, candidates should, normally, have lived or pursued their golfing activities in Golf Québec s jurisdiction. Such candidates must have made a significant and positive contribution to golf in Québec, as amateur or professional competitors, directors, officials, or others. Every nomination must be seconded. Individuals may not nominate themselves.
