HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION ***************** EMERGENCY OVERVIEW ***************** * DANGER! CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE * * Flammable liquid and Vapor. Please use caution * * when using this material: Harmful if inhaled or * * swallowed. May cause skin, eye, or respiratory * * tract irritation. Harmful if swallowed. Eliminate * * all sources of ignition - heat, sparks, flame, * * electricity, impact and friction. * ********************************************************** HMIS Rating - Health: 1 Flammability: 4 Reactivity: 0 Personal Protection Index: X NFPA/HMIS Definitions: (0-Least, 1-Slight, 2-Moderate, 3-High, 4- Extreme). These values are obtained using the guidelines or published evaluations prepared by the national Fire Protection Association (NFPA) or the National Paint and Coating Association (for HMIS ratings). POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS EYE: Eye contact may cause eye irritation with discomfort, tearing, or blurring of vision. SKIN:

May cause skin irritation with discomfort or rash, redness, swelling, and itching. INHALATION: Avoid breathing vapors or mists. Inhalation of vapors or mist may cause irritation to respiratory tract. Inhalation may cause soreness of the throat with coughing and sneezing. May persist in the body for extended period of time. INGESTION: Ingestion may cause nausea and vomiting. SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE: Irritation as noted. CARCINOGENICITY INFORMATION: None of the components present in this material at concentrations equal to or greater than 0.1% are listed by IARC, NTP, OSHA or ACGIH as a carcinogen. MEDICAL CONDITIONS AGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Inhalation of spray or mist may cause nasal, throat, or lung irritation. Inhalation of large amounts of respirable particles may be toxic to the lungs. Symptoms may be modest initially, followed in hours by severe shortness of breath requiring prompt medical attention. 4. FIRST AID MEASURES EYE CONTACT FIRST AID: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Contact a physician. SKIN CONTACT FIRST AID: In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. INHALATION FIRST AID: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention. INGESTION FIRST AID: If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. If swallowed, immediately give 2 glasses of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Contact a physician. 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES FLAMMABLE PROPERTIES

Flash Point: less than -25 deg. F FLAMMABLE LIMITS IN AIR LEL: 1.8 UEL: 9.5 FLAMMABLE PROPERTIES: Use self-contained breathing apparatus and protective equipment. EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Chemical Foam, CO2, Dry Chemical, Water Fog FIRE & EXPLOSION HAZARDS: Flammable Liquid & Vapor. FIRE FIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS: Water spray may be ineffective. Water may be used to cool containers to prevent pressure build-up and explosion when exposed to extreme heat. Evacuate non-emergency personnel to a safe area. As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent) and full protective gear. Avoid breathing smoke, fumes, and decomposition products. UNUSUAL FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS: Closed containers may explode from internal pressure build-up when exposed to extreme heat and discharge contents. Liquid content of container will not support combustion. Overexposure to decomposition products can cause a health hazard. Symptoms may not be readily apparent. Obtain medical attention. 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES SAFEGUARDS (PERSONNEL): Ventilate spill area. Eliminate all sources of ignition - heat, sparks, flame, electricity, impact and friction. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Do not puncture or burn container. Do not expose to heat or prolonged exposure to sun may cause bursting. Do not expose to heat or stove temperatures above 120 Deg. F. Do not place in garbage compactor. INITIAL CONTAINMENT: Treat or dispose of waste material in accordance with all local, state/provincial, and national requirements. Eliminate all sources of ignition - heat, sparks, flame, electricity, and impact. LARGE SPILLS PROCEDURE: Treat or dispose of waste material in accordance with all local, state/provincial, and national requirements. SMALL SPILLS PROCEDURE: Absorb spills with inert material. Treat or dispose of waste material in accordance with all local, state/provincial, and national requirements.

MISCELLANEOUS: Flush spill area with water. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE HANDLING (PERSONNEL): DO NOT STORE ABOVE 120 DEG. F Avoid breathing (dust, vapor, mist, gas). Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Follow all MSDS/label precautions even after container is emptied because they may retain product residues. HANDLING (PHYSICAL ASPECTS): DO NOT STORE ABOVE 120 DEG. F Keep away from heat and flame. Close container after each use. Keep container closed to avoid contamination. Store in a cool dry area. Store in a well ventilated area. STORAGE PRECAUTIONS: DO NOT STORE ABOVE 120 DEG. F Keep away from heat, sparks, and flame. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Keep container tightly closed. Use only with adequate ventilation. Ventilation is normally required when handling or using this product to keep exposure to airborne contaminants below the exposure limit.
