AS A CANUCKS SEASON TICKET HOLDER, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU. Your custom benefits fall into two categories: Event Invitations and Special Opportunities. From the options below, please select your top three Event Invitations and your top five Special Opportunities and rank them in order of preference. Number of guests that may attend equals the number of seats in your 750 OPEN SKATE PARTY Experience Rogers Arena the way the Vancouver Canucks do: from the ice! This benefit includes a chance to skate on the ice at Rogers Arena for one hour with your family and friends. Up to four skaters and four spectators per account may attend. 500 Rental equipment (e.g, skates, helmets, and skating aids) will not be available for this event. Helmets are mandatory for all skaters under 19 years of age, including babies/ toddlers in strollers. 1

COMPLIMENTARY PAIR OF CONCERT/EVENT TICKETS IN CLUB 500 (FORMERLY THE BEST BUY CLUB) Attend a concert or event in the exclusive Club 500 (formerly the Best Buy Club) on Level 5 an extraordinary vantage point for any event. 400 Concert/event selections will be sent via email. Ticket Holders will be required to call in to secure tickets which will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Dinner reservations will be required and the game-day buffet rate will apply. DONATION OF AN AUTOGRAPHED ITEM TO YOUR PHILANTHROPY Receive an autographed item to assist with your personal or corporate fundraising endeavours. An official donation request must be submitted on appropriate letterhead from the organization or charity. The organization or charity you are representing must not have received a previous donation for the same or other event in the same year. 50 POST-GAME PRESS CONFERENCE ACCESS Attend a post-game press conference with the media and coach in the Norm Jewison Media Room. FIN APPEARANCE Have Fin, the official mascot of your Vancouver Canucks, attend your upcoming community, corporate, or personal event. Event must be held in the Lower Mainland. Fin is available for one hour. 5 GOLFER - JAKE MILFORD GOLF TOURNAMENT Be a member of a foursome at our annual charity golf tournament on September 20, 2013 in which Canucks players and alumni participate to raise money for the BC Hockey Benevolent Association and the Canucks for Kids Fund. Must have a handicap of 20 or lower; must be 19 years of age or older. 3 CADDY JAKE MILFORD GOLF TOURNAMENT Opportunity for your child to caddy for one of their favourite Canucks at the 30th annual Jake Milford Canucks Charity Invitational on September 20, 2013. Spend all day on the golf course with one of your favourite Canucks players as they golf to raise money for charity! Your child must be between 14-18 years of age. 1 Successful candidate must provide their top three player choices. This prize is non-transferable to other events. 9
MINI MINOR HOCKEY Watch your child s hockey team play in front of the crowd at Rogers Arena during intermission. Your child must be a registered BC minor hockey player in initiation/novice level. 1 Game date will be confirmed at the start of the season. MINOR HOCKEY WEEKEND Watch your child s hockey team play a full threeperiod game on the home ice of the Vancouver Canucks in front of their family and friends. Your child must be a registered BC minor hockey player in initiation/novice up to bantam level. 1 Date will be confirmed at the start of the season. EVERY KID S DREAM Watch a young family member lead the Canucks onto the ice and stand alongside the team during the national anthem. The skater must be a registered BC minor hockey player with strong skating ability in atom level (minimum one year played), up to 14 years of age. 1 Game date will be confirmed at the start of the season. 10
