To Start the process, you will have to log on to Full- Time. To do this, you will need a logon ID and a password. These was provided to the Secretary of each club in membership of the League during December 2012. New Secretaries, or Secretaries of clubs new to the League since then, will have a LogonID and Password provided to them separately. If you need access to the system and have not been allocated your own LogonID and Password, please contact the League as soon as possible. Once you have your logon ID and password, you need to click on the words Sign In at the top right of the screen, as detailed here 2
Having clicked Sign In on the previous page, you will next see this screen. Enter the Username that you have been provided with in the Username field and your Password and click Sign In. You will be able to change the password that you are supplied with, to something more meaningful to you, when you are in the system. As you can see, you can also get a password prompt if you forget your password. 3
XXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXX The next screen you see will probably be this one, although you might go straight into the Full-Time system and miss this one out. If you do get presented with this screen, click on the words Click Here in the sentence Please click here to verify your email address. This is a feature of the system that effects people even if their email addresses have been verified and missing out this processing is nothing to be concerned about 4
You are now into the main administrative area of Full-Time. Note that the bottom selection gives the option to change your password. If you also use this to change your email address if you do so, however, you will have to verify it using the options on the previous screen, otherwise you will not receive notifications from the system any more. However, to proceed with the registration process, click on 5
This is the first screen that you will be presented with on entering the People wizard. The only button you should use on this screen is This is the bottom option. Click this button to proceed. 6
This is the screen onto which all details of the player you want to register to your club should be entered. These details should be entered EXACTLY as they appear on the Registration Form and the Registration Number should be added to the Comment box at the bottom, in the format. Reg No: xxxxxx If any details do not match up, the Registration Form is likely to be rejected.. If the details are being entered for a player whose registration was originally submitted to the League by telephone, on the morning of the first match in which he took part, the following details must also be entered into the Comment box at the bottom of the page. Telephone Registration dd/mm/ yyyy Where dd/mm/yyyy is amended to detail the date on which the telephone call was made. A completed form is shown on the next page. 7
This form has now been completed. Notice the details for the registration number at the bottom of the page. If this does not match the form that is submitted for the player concerned, the Registration will be rejected.. Once all details have been completed, the button will need to be pressed in order to submit the on-line Registration. It should be noted that, after the online registration is completed, the paper Registration Form, which the player signed and upon which the electronic form has been based, must be submitted to the League s Assistant Secretary in charge of Registrations. Until the form is received, the player will not be approved in Full-Time and, consequently, must not play for the side with whom he is attempting to register. Only once the whole process is completed is the player eligible to play. If the League was originally informed of the player s registration by telephone, it will be approved ASAP so that the player can be included in the match return for that match. His registration will, however, be suspended in Full-Time thereafter. This suspension will only be lifted once the form has arrived anc has been verified. 8
This is the same input screen but, this time, completed following the initial registration of the player by telephone. As can be seen, the required comment has been added to the comment box, flagging this registration as one that was originally notified to the League by telephone. As previously emphasised, the original form, on which this electronic submission was based, must be returned to the League as soon as possible after the match in question. Once the match return, for that match, has been completed, the player will be suspended by the League until the original form has been received. This will reflect the fact that he will not be eligible to play in a League match again until the form has been received. Any delay might also render the player ineligible for the game in which he has already played, so make sure that the form is back with the League ASAP In all instances, the form returned must accurately reflect the details entered on-line, otherwise the registration may be rejected, which could, again, have significant consequences if the player has already played!!!!! 9

If the Assistant Secretary can verify this registration by comparing the details entered onto Full-Time to those that have been given over the phone, then the pending registration will be approved However, as soon as Registration is approved, the Player will be suspended in Full-Time by the Assistant Secretary. This suspension, which only applies to Full-Time, will commence on the day that is 6 days after the registration. This suspension to be lifted once the form has arrived with the Assistant Secretary and the details have, once again, been verified. 10
