Swing for excellence, Kevin Rhinehart News from the Course In the upcoming month, the turf management staff will be completing a few projects on the golf course. We will be applying herbicide to the entire golf course to eradicate winter weeds and keep summer grassy weeds from emerging. During this time, golf carts will be restricted to the paths on some holes to keep carts from tracking the herbicides into unwanted areas. We will try to keep the membership informed as well as possible on these closings. Memorial trees will be planted in the next couple weeks also. We will then install the posts and plaques soon after. When the weather is nice enough for golfing, we will try to keep the greens mowed or rolled as well as the pin locations changed as often as the weather will permit. We are looking forward excitedly to the upcoming golf season and hope that all have a great month. David Farris, Golf Course Superintendent Thank you to RHCC Member Butch McNeill for the donation of the new American flag outside the front entrance to the Clubhouse. Our old flag was in need of replacing, and this new one looks awesome.
