Terms & Conditions of Singtel Mobile Prepaid My SingTel App & hi!account Top-up Car Lucky Draw ( Lucky Draw ) This Lucky Draw is carried out by Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd ( Singtel Mobile ) and is subject to these terms and conditions ( Terms ). 1. The Lucky Draw is open to all Singtel Prepaid Mobile customers and Singtel Postpaid Mobile customers who top up for their Singtel Prepaid SIM ( Customers ). Singtel Mobile may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Lucky Draw. 2. The Lucky Draw shall be held from 22 January 2015 to 28 February 2015 ( Qualifying Period ). 3. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, each customer will have to fulfill below top-ups during the Qualifying Period: Top up $10 at eligible self-serve channels = 1 chance Top up $20 & above at eligible self-serve channels = 3 chances *Eligible channels include: hi!account @ www.singtel.com/hi, My SingTel App Prepaid Top-up (charged to Postpaid Mobile bill) 4. 7. Winner shall need to arrange for the registration of the vehicle with the appointed car dealer Cycle & Carriage Kia Pte Ltd ( CCK ). Winner has up to two (2) months from the Draw date (5 March 2015) to register and take delivery of the Vehicle. 8. Registration and delivery of the Vehicle shall be subject to fulfillment of specified instructions or conditions which shall be guided by CCK. In the event a winner fails to provide any of the required documents and details, CKK & Singtel Mobile shall have no further obligation to register and deliver the Vehicle. Singtel Mobile and CCK shall not responsible or liable to winner or any other person for any damages, losses, costs or expenses whatsoever in the event that the registration and delivery of the Vehicle cannot take place due to CCK not having received all the necessary registration documents and payments within the stipulated time. 9. CCK and Singtel Mobile are not obliged to register the Vehicle in the name of any person other than the winner as confirmed by Singtel Mobile. 10. Prize is neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other prizes. There will be no replacement in the event a Prize is lost or stolen. 11. The Vehicle purchased for the winner includes (i) the prevailing Goods and Services Tax, (ii) import duty, (iii) standard equipment for the Vehicle prevailing at the time of booking by SingTel Mobile, and (iv) warranty for 5 years unlimited mileage, and excludes all other items (including but not limited to additional registration fee (ARF), road tax, insurance, Certificate of Entitlement ( COE ), IU unit and license plate) which shall be borne by the winner of the lucky draw. 12. In the event that the Prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. Actual Prize may differ from the image shown anywhere during the Lucky Draw or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against Singtel Mobile in connection with such variances. 14. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a Prize and/or substitute another Customer as the winner in the event that SingTel Mobile in its absolute discretion believes that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring Singtel Mobile into disrepute. In the event the Prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the Prize must be returned to Singtel Mobile at the Customer s cost and expense. 15. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice. 16. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to use the name and picture/photograph of the winner in any advertising and/or promotional materials and/or on SingTel Mobile s websites without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winner in any form of publicity for Singtel Mobile. 17. Singtel Mobile reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever. 18. Singtel Mobile s decisions on all matters pertaining to the Lucky Draw are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Lucky Draw, these Terms or any decision made by Singtel Mobile in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. Singtel Mobile reserves its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
19. Singtel Mobile shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or any of the Prizes. 20. Singtel Mobile reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Lucky Draw shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.
