Please be curteus t the residents if yu plan t park n the street. Als watch fr N-Parking znes, as yu will be ticketed and twed.
Race Mrning Allw 45 minutes t 1 hur befre yur race start. Be aware when arriving f the earlier race starts and allw fr slwer traffic There will be a bag check this is lcated at the Glenmre Track by the late registratin tables. Washrms We will have Prt-a-ptties near the start line, there are als permanent washrms lcated at the Glenmre Track, as well as in the Stu Peppard Hckey arena please feel free t use these as well as the prt-a-ptties Late Registratin and package pickup will be in the Centaur Subaru Blue Tent Vlunteers will be lcated at the Glenmre track starting at 6:15am Shirt sizes are nt guaranteed Please allw extra time t pick-up yur package Aid Statins The Half Marathn has six (6) aid statins lcated apprximately 3km apart. Each statin will have water and Ultima with the aid statin lcated at 15km will have Hney Stinger Gels The 10km will have tw (2) aid statins lcated 3.5km and 8.0km The 5km will have ne (1) aid statin lcated at 2.0km Finish Line will have bttled water, and Ultima please stay hydrated thrugh-ut the race and afterwards Medical Medical supprt is prvided by the Canadian Ski Patrllers. There will be a cntingent f them n the race curse n bikes. If yu require medical assistance, please either apprach ne f them, a curse marshal, r an aid statin vlunteer and they will assist yu in cntacting a race fficial. Kids Races If yu signed yur children up fr the Kids Races (200m-1200m distance) their start time is 10:00am. If yu signed yur child up fr the 5km r 10km race, they start with the adults (8:00am r 8:15am) At 9:45am, please make yur way tward the middle f the field, and line yur child up in their age grup Race Distances are as fllws, and it is the parents discretin f they wish t mve their child t anther distance: Ages 1-2 200m Ages 3-4 400m Ages 5-6 600m Ages 7-8 800m Ages 9-12 1200m If yu are a parent wh ran in the adult races, please remve yur CHIP these are still live and effect the finish times. There will be a recycling bucket fr the CHIPS, please remve them.
