(before 8am) Riders may enter one competitive horse in the Official Programme and one competitive horse in the Ufficial Programme OR two horses in the same section, one of which must be ridden HC. The horse to be ridden HC must be minated as such on the entry form. Riders currently competing in a graded class cant ride a graded horse in an ufficial section, BUT may ride a graded horse in an ufficial class if you are t currently competing in official classes. Teams shall consist of the best 4 riders from one club, with the best 3 scores to count. A team of 3 is acceptable and may beat a team of 4. Teams taken from any grade or group in official programme. To the winners of the Teams section From 1 st January 2018, the competitive horse rule currently exists for Showjumping will be applied to ODE, Jumping Equitation, Dressage and Combined Training at the discretion of the organising committee riders may enter 2 horses in the following way: Riders may enter 2 horses in the same or different heights. Each horse may gain qualifiying results. Each horse will be placed in its class and is eligible for overall awards. Hendra Rule: if your horse is t Hendra Vaccinated you will be required to display a green ribbon for the duration of the event and horse must be yarded separate from other horses. DISCLAIMER: Neither the organising committee of any contest to which these rules apply, r the PCAQ, accepts any liability for any damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, ground, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: The organising committee reserves the right to; cancel any class or event, combine classes if less than 3 competitors, or divide classes according to the numbers minated and the rules governing splitting of groups, alter advertised times, transfer competitors between sections of a class, and to refuse any entry with or without stating a reason.
PROTESTS: Should be lodged within 30 minutes of the results being posted, or the incident occurring and should be accompanied by a $50 fee which is refundable only if the protest is upheld. CAMPING & STABLES: Limited stables are available at a cost of $5 per night per horse. Camping is available at the grounds at a cost of $10 per night per family (shower and toilet facilities). Powered sites are available. Dogs must be restrained at all times whilst on the grounds and must remain in the camping area at all times. QUALIFYING RESULTS: Riders must check the Master Result Sheet to see that their result has been marked with Q, if they have met qualifying criteria, before leaving the grounds.
