SCOPE OF STUDY EVALUATE FEASIBILITY OF SHORE-SIDE TREATMENT Dedicated Treatment Facility Existing Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) Mobile Shoreside Treatment EVALUATE FEASIBILITY OF USING WATER FROM A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM (PWS) BALLASTING
