WELCOME The Mane Event is a family owned enterprise that has been in business since 2004 when the first Mane Event, Equine Education and Trade Fair was held at Heritage Park in Chilliwack, BC. What originally started as a small event has grown incredibly to four large expos. These expos in Chilliwack, BC; Red Deer, AB; London, ON and Scottsdale, AZ attract horse enthusiasts from all over North America. The objective of the Mane Event is to encourage riders and horse owners to expand their knowledge and maybe even try a new discipline. The Mane Event has become Canada s largest horse exposition. Because of the overwhelming support from our sponsors, exhibitors and attendees we have added two new shows - London, ON and Scottsdale, AZ. Investing in our sponsorship programs ensures that you will maximize your exposure to the attendees and followers of the Mane Event. The expo has thousands of dedicated equine followers that travel vast distances to attend, learn, shop and enjoy what is available at the show. We advertise in multiple horse, rodeo and ranch publications, newspapers, radio stations, distribute posters, flyers, postcards, send out direct mailers, and as a sponsor you can benefit from all of this marketing to increase your company s exposure. The Mane Event is dedicated to reinvesting all sponsorship monies back into our advertising and promotions campaign to continue to increase the exposure of our event to tens of thousands of equine enthusiasts locally and nationally. Clinicians and Trainers We have had the pleasure to work with many of the top trainers and clinicians from Canada, the US and Australia. We offer clinics, demos and presentations on a large variety of equine disciplines including Reining, Jumping, Dressage, Driving, Horsemanship, Barrel Racing and a colt starting competition The Trainers Challenge on a regular basis. Sometimes we also add in Gaited Horses, Western Dressage, Back Country Horsemanship to change things up. Vendors Our vendors come from all across Canada and the United States, and we have also even welcomed exhibitors from Europe. The trade show exhibitors offer a multitude of exhibits including some of the best shopping for you and your horse with everything from bits, boots and hats to tack and trailers, as well as, equine health information, breed information, trainers, equine associations and riding associations and clubs.

SHOWS RED DEER, AB Westerner Park Red Deer, AB every April Red Deer, AB is located approximately halfway between Alberta s two largest cities Edmonton and Calgary. Westerner Park is located just off Highway 2 that runs between these two cities and is an easy drive from both of these cities as well as offering easy access from Southern and Northern Alberta. LONDON, ON Western Fair District London, ON every May London, ON is located approximately a 2 hour drive from Toronto, ON with Buffalo to the east and Windsor to the west. The Western Fair District also has deep roots in agriculture and proud to serve many communities within Southwestern Ontario, one of the nations richest farming belts. SCOTTSDALE, AZ Westworld of Scottsdale Scottsdale, AZ every May WestWorld, in Scottsdale, Arizona, is well known to equestrians in both Canada and the US. It is home to the Sun Circuit Quarter Horse show and the Scottsdale Arabian show, in addition to 90 other equestrian events each year. This facility features the Equidome, a 120,000 square foot, climate controlled arena with 3,500 permanent seats, plus a large trade show floor and an indoor round pen. CHILLIWACK, BC Heritage Park Chilliwack, BC every October Heritage Park in Chilliwack is located just over an hour s drive from the city of Vancouver, BC and an easy 25 minute drive from the Washington state border crossing at Sumas, WA. Heritage Park is located right next to Highway 1 at Exit 116 and has hotels and restaurants within minutes. Heritage Park also offers camping on-site, that can be booked through the Mane Event.

MANE EVENT SPONSORSHIP ARENA SPONSORSHIP (2 AVAILABLE) $ 5,000 One of the two arenas will be named your company s name or product name arena, with this you will receive exceptional exposure. Your arena will be the main stage where many of our clinics, demonstrations and events are conducted throughout the three (3) days of the Mane Event. The names and/or logo of arena sponsors appear in printed materials including event flyers, posters, direct mail pieces, clinic and seminar schedules, the event program, print media ads, and press releases and the Mane Event website. The Arena name is mentioned by the event announcers many times each day as announcements are made for the presentations taking place in the Arena. Your company also has the option of hanging approved signage in the Arena. ROUND PEN SPONSORSHIP $ 5,000 The round pen will be named your company s name or product name Round Pen, with this you will receive exceptional exposure. The round pen is where the Trainers Challenge as well as many of our clinics, demonstrations and events are held throughout the three (3) days of the Mane Event. The names and/or logo of Round Pen sponsors will appear in printed materials including event flyers, posters, direct mail pieces, clinic and seminar schedules, the event program, print media ads, and press releases and the Mane Event website. The Round Pen name is mentioned by the event announcers many times each day as announcements are made for the presentations taking place in the Round Pen. Your company also has the option of hanging approved signage in the Arena. TRAINERS CHALLENGE SPONSORSHIP $ 5,000 The sponsor of this event will receive exceptional exposure as this is one of the most popular events of the Expo. As the presenting sponsor of the Trainers Challenge your company will be recognized during each Trainers Challenge Session. The names and/or logo of the Trainers Challenge will appear in printed materials including event flyers, posters, direct mail pieces, clinic and seminar schedules, the event program, print media ads, and press releases and the Mane Event website. Your company name is mentioned by the event announcer many times each day as he announces the presentations taking place for the competition. Your company also has the option of hanging approved signage in the round pen and the main arena.

MANE EVENT SPONSORSHIP YOUTH PRO-AM COMPETITION OR EQUINE EXPERIENCE SPONSORSHIP $ 2,000 The sponsor of the Evening Equine Experience will be recognized throughout the weekend and during the performance. Your company name will be announced throughout Friday and Saturday as the Equine Experience is brought to you by your company name. The name and/or logo of Equine Experience sponsor will appear in printed material including event flyers, posters, direct mail pieces, clinic and seminar schedules, the event program, print media ads, press releases and the Mane Event website. Your company also has the option of hanging approved signage in the Main Arena. LECTURE HALL SPONSORSHIP $ 1,000 The Lecture Hall area is used for presentations and demonstrations not requiring a horse, and includes lectures and Q & A sessions from most of the clinicians. Each time a presenter is scheduled they will be announced in your company name lecture hall. The name and/or logo of Lecture Hall sponsor will appear in printed material including event flyers, posters, direct mail pieces, clinic and seminar schedules, the event program, print media ads, press releases and the Mane Event website. Your company also has the option of hanging approved signage in the Lecture Hall. PRESENTING CLINICIAN SPONSORSHIP $ 500 As a Presenting Clinician Sponsor your company will be recognized each time this clinician appears during the Mane Event as well as your logo will appear below the clinician s biography in the show guide. This full colour glossy magazine will contain a map of the trade floor, list of trade show exhibitors, a complete schedule of events and detailed biographies of the featured clinicians and speakers.
