The State system of Sports and Culture of Baja California and the Institute of Sports and Culture of Baja California in Coordination with the United States Consulate General, with the support of the National Sports Committee CONADE, calls all Athletes that meet the eligibility requirements to participate in 2nd. Binational Games 2015 1. - Participants. Athletes Will take place according to the following: Requirements Athletes are eligible to represent their states or countries in international competitions that meet the requirements of this call Coaches, assistants or equivalent Coaches, assistants or equivalents that meet the requirements set in this announcement and comply with the statements of their respective International Federation. (In this sport there can only participate 5 teams per category and subcategory) 2.- Venue and Dates. VENUE Field, CAR Tijuana DATES 06, 07 and 08 of November
Note: These date are subject to change accordingly to the needs of the local organizing committees and the Sports and Physical Culture Institute of the State 3. - Venues, Facilities and Sports. Designated by the State Council of Sports or its equivalent, with the support of the State Technical Committee, which shall consist of; a president, a secretary, an operations coordinator, the Technical Directors of the venue and the presidents of the participating State Sports Associations. 4. - System of Competition. Arrival and Official Practice: November 5, from 15:00 to 19:00 hrs. Friday November 6: Recurve Bow Long Distances. Compound Bow Double 50 mts. Saturday November 7: Recurve Bow Short Distances. Sunday November 8: Recurve Bow and Compound Individual Olympic Round. Recurve Bow: Round FITA 1440. Shoot 36 arrows in 6 series of 6 arrows each, in a time of 4 minutes per series each distance. 122 cm. target face for long distances and 80 cm. target face reduced to 6 rings for short distances. Compound bow: 50 meters. Shoot 36 arrows in 6 series of 6 arrows each, in a time of 4 minutes per series. 80 cm. target face reduced to 6 rings for all categories. Recurve Bow: Olympic Round. Under 13: 40 mts. (122cms target face) Under 15: 60 mts. (122cms target face) Under 17: 60 mts. (122cms target face) Under 19: 70 mts. (122cms target face) Compound Bow: Olympic Round. Under 13: 40 mts. (80 cms. target face reduced to 6 rings) Under 15, 17, 19: 50 mts. (80 cms. target face reduced to 6 rings)

Boys and girls There will be a maximum participation of 48 athletes, 3 per category and subcategory, 8 coaches per categorie and subcategorie as well as one sports delegate. 6. - Registration. Entries will be received by the organizing committee and will be carried through the formats that provide the Committee thereof to be found on the website INDE: www.indebc.gob.mx Requirements for the athlete: Submit registration form Submit Official Identification ( Valid State ID) 2 Photographs (Passport size) Requirements for Coaches: Submit registration form Submit Oficial Identification (Valid State ID) Submit Club badge or identification of the club the coach is in.
2 photographs (Passport size) 7. - Services. Lodging, food and transportation will be supplied by the facilities. The transportation to the Host city must be arranged by the authorities of the participant s delegations. In, the teams will be received on the venue on November 5 (food will be provided) and the return must be scheduled on November 09 (in this day only breakfast will be provided) 8. - Uniforms. The Athlete has to wear official uniform of the entity it represents, per rules established by the World. (Last Name and Country code on the back). At award ceremonies, the athlete shall be dressed in accordance with the Uniform Rules of the corresponding sport. 9. - Regulations. The rules applied in this event will be the same at the April 1 st.of 2015, setting by the International Federation (WA) and by the specifications set forth in this document. 10. - Judges and Referees. Will be endorsed and appointed by the respective State Association with the support of the State Technical Committee and according to the statutes of the respective sports federations. 11. - Awards. Medals will be given to the winners of first, second and Third Place in each category and gender per distance. For the FITA and double 50 mts. Ranking, as well as the Individual Olympic Round. Ceremony: November 7. Long Distances and double 40 mts. and 50 mts. November 8. Short Distances and Individual Olympic Round.
12. - Technical Meeting. Will be informative and will be made on Thursday November 5 at 18:00 hours in the CAR facilities chaired by the State Association, a representative of the Local Organizing Committee and representatives of the participating teams (Delegate and trainer, in which they will announce the final details for the proper running of the event.). 13. - Jury of Appeal: In the technical meeting, a jury of appeal will be presented in case of an appeal or technical given to the chairman or deputy of the event in accordance with its statutes and regulations.
