Entry Closing Date : 17 th July 2018 8.1 Member Associations are advised to log on to Celcom Axiata Malaysia International Junior Open 2018 at http://bwf.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/tournament.aspx?id=d2d6adaa-5271-42b6-a8a4-1d1ef719d069 and submit the entries online. 8.2 You will require a username and password to submit your entries and this can be obtained from the BWF: please contact Mr. Shan Ramachandran at s.ramachandran@bwfbadminton.org. 8.3 The online entry page will close immediately on the entries closing date at 23:59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08:00h GMT) and you are required to submit the entries on time. Late entries will not be accepted. 8.4 No entry form is required by Member Association. All entries must be submitted online only. 8.5 After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline. The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by the Wednesday (next day of the entries closing date) by noon BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following close of entries. If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday (second day after the entries closing day) 23.59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall be deemed to be correct. Transportation: Airport transfer will be provided from Sultan Abdul Halim Airport (Alor Setar) to the official hotel upon request. The host organizer will require sufficient time to co-ordinate airport pick-up and to schedule practice court at the tournament venue, so please send your flight details as early as possible. Practice Sessions: Practice session at the Tournament Venue will be arranged according to the teams arrival details and team size. Request for practice sessions in the Practice Hall must be made at the liaison centre in the official hotel upon arrival. The Practice Hall will be only available for training one day prior to the tournament date. 20. Accreditation: ID passes will be arranged for participating players and team officials.
