Section 37 - DAIRY CATTLE Friday 2 1 st Sep tember 2018 Commencing 9am COMMITTEE: Jodie Kermode (Convenor), Max Wake Stewards: Russell and Janelle Wenham ENTRY FEE: $9.00 per entry LATE ENTRY: $11.00 per entry Entries Close: Friday 7 th September 2018 Conditions of Entry Cattle to be ready for NLIS scanning at 8.30am, with completed National Vendor Declaration Form/Travelling Stock Statement/Waybill. The Show will be conducted under Holstein Australia Show & Sale ethics and rules. Bylaws 11 & 12. Identification Numbers Supplied must be worn during judging. The Council may order inspection of any or all Dairy Cattle. All breeds must be registered or on the Calf Roll of their respective herd books, with Certificates of Registration available upon request. Age of all Dairy Cattle to be the actual age up to 1st July 2018 No Dairy Cattle born after 31 st December 2017 permitted on the Showground. Female exhibits less than 3 years of age will not be eligible for Senior Championships. A Heifer, unless otherwise specified, is a female beast that has not had a calf and does not exceed 3 years of age. All Cattle must be named along with tattoo number, on the Stud Stock Entry Form; otherwise entry may be rejected. The proof of identity of exhibits will rest with the exhibitor. All exhibits, on the day of entry, must be the bona fide property of the exhibitor. In the event of an exhibitor disposing of an exhibit between the day of entry and the day of exhibition, notice in writing of sale, together with the name and address of the purchaser must be

forwarded to the Secretary before the first day of the Show, when the original owner will still be recognized as the exhibitor. If required an exhibitor will furnish a Statutory Declaration as the bona fides of his/her exhibit before the awarding of any prize. Any exhibitor having knowingly made a false entry or wilfully infringing any of the regulations shall be subject to any or all of the penalties. Classes will be judged in order as shown in the schedule, unless altered at the direction of the Stewards. Johne s disease Status Declaration to accompany all entries.
