Making the Dream a Reality SNCA has developed a comprehensive, functional plan for aquatics users SNCA has negotiated site control for the center at the Moana Site SNCA has developed relationships with potential lead funders to get the project initiated with geotechnical and architectural studies City of Reno demolition of old structures at Moana will begin in July 2012. SNCA is committed to making this plan a reality
