Pony Hunter 2 Any age rider on a Pony 14.2 hands or under. Schooling Hunter 2 Any age rider on a Horse or Pony, combination not to have shown over fences higher than 2, and may not cross enter any 2 3 /2 6 class. Open Equitation 2 3 /2 6 Horses or ponies, to be ridden by riders of any age. Working Hunter 2 3 /2 6 Horses or ponies, to be ridden by riders of any age. Lead-Line Open to riders 8 years and under, leader must be at least 14 years old. Open Pleasure Horses and Ponies with any age rider. Open to all seats. Open Equitation Judged on the performance of the rider. Open to all seats Beginner Novice Open to riders of any age in their first year showing at the Canter.. Walk-Trot Open to riders 12 years and under who have not shown in a class requiring a canter. Open to all seats. Equitation- judged on rider s position, performance, and control. Pleasure- judged on manners, soundness, quality, performance, and suitability for rider. Horsemanship- as Equitation, judge may also ask for additional testing. Color Breed Open to registered color breed horses or ponies. Cross country course available day of show Riders must complete an entry form and receive a number before entering the course. Show management reserves the right to combine, cancel, reschedule or divide classes when deemed necessary. 3. Classes are restricted to junior and amateur adult riders. Professionals may ride horses/ponies in warm-ups. 4. All classes to be judged on performance and soundness, unless otherwise noted. Judges decisions are final. Prize and six ribbons to be awarded in each class. 5. Entries may be made in advance by mail, by email ( prec173@comcast.net) PRE ENTRIES ARE ENCOURAGED (It will be a quick check in and save time the morning of.) Entries will be accepted the day of the show. No cancellation or post entry fees will be charged. No exhibitor numbers will be given out without payment and a completed, signed entry form. 6. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks 7. NO DOGS! Please do not bring your dog to the horse show. 8. Please, NO SMOKING! 9. All riders must wear an ASTM approved helmet when mounted- no exceptions! 10. FORMAL SHOW ATTIRE IS REQUIRED..
