Upon entry, the athlete must ensure that they report to a Steward and be registered as being present in the Call Room. c) Coaches/chaperones will not be allowed in the call room area during the finals at any time. 11) Awards a) Medals shall be awarded to the competitors placed first, second and third in each Final. 12) Doping Control a) Competitors taking part in the Meet may be subject to random doping control. b) Competitors are required to have photo identification with them at all times. An official meet accreditation for this Championship (incorporating an appropriate photograph) will be acceptable for this purpose. c) All athletes are responsible for checking their own medication BEFORE the meet starts. Any previous medical declaration made via a British Swimming Medical Declaration form is not sufficient and irrelevant as this form does not form any part of doping control. i) Medications need to be checked (and is the athletes responsibility to do so under the Strict Liability rule) via www.globaldro.com and following the 5 steps on the website. The results page is for the athletes reference and can be saved as a PDF. It is also recommended that the results page is printed off and carried by the athlete at all times. 110315 Page 4 of 5

This result page is helpful should an athlete be subject to doping control as it will have the name of the medications taken and can be used as reference in doping control. ii) If when checking a medication via www.globaldro.com the result shows PROHIBITED either IN-COMPETION or OUT-OF-COMPETION, please contact the British Swimming Anti-Doping Compliance Manager Rachel Burrows as a matter of urgency before the meet starts. Rachel will then advise what necessary steps are needed in regard to a TUE or Retro-active TUE application. iii) All supplement use will also need to be declared at doping control. http://www.informed-sport.com/en is a website where batch tested supplements can be checked. d) For anti-doping queries please contact Rachel.Burrows@swimming.org 13) Team Leader Meeting a) It is strongly recommended that a representative from all clubs with swimmers entered in this Meet should attend the Team Leader Meeting which will take place on the evening of 27 th July 2015. The time and location will be notified in the competitor confirmation pack. Non-attendance could result in swimmers being disadvantaged or not able to compete due to them or their coach not being aware of any changes required for the running of the competition. 110315 Page 5 of 5
