All horses shall be under the risk of the exhibitor, who will be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person, animal, or property occasioned by him, and shall indemnify the Sioux Empire Fair Management, and any member thereof against any and all loss, damages and liability thus occasioned, including but not limited to any and all legal costs, including attorney fees, which may be incurred as a result thereof. The submitting of any entry form to the show shall be incurred as a result thereof. The submitting of any entry form to the show shall constitute an acceptance by each person signing same of the provisions herein set forth. RULES & REGULATIONS: Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and regulations of the current USEF rule book will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith. Exhibitors are responsible for knowing class specifications. The official rule book and Manual of each breed organization will automatically become part of this Prize List. ANY CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS OF THE RULES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME PART OF THIS PRIZE LIST. SCHEDULE: The Show Management reserves the right to make such changes in personnel, rules and regulations or to add, combine or eliminate any class as shall be deemed by them to be in the best interest of the show. JUDGES: If, due to illness or any other reason, a judge fails to attend any show or perform his/her duties, the Show Management reserves the right to substitute a judge for the one who is officially designated in this Prize List. DISCIPLINE: Exhibitors are advised that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the Officials of any show on part of the owner, lessee, trainer, groom, rider, driver or member of the family of the person participating in any show, will disqualify the horse from adjudication. The Management reserves the right to remove a horse, owner, lessee, trainer, groom, rider, driver or member of the family of the person participating in the show without being held liable for compensation or damages.
