Program highlights: A high performance team training program in Spain whose goal is to substan?ally improve your team playing level. Aimed at interna?onal soccer teams of any age (male and female). The team will be trained by CF Motril technical staff, with the par?cipa?on of the team s own coaches. All year round. Team must be accompanied by its own coaches or tutors. What is Futways? Futways is an interna?onal soccer academy whose mission is to help you and your team reach your full soccer poten?al. What is Futways Team Stage program? You will train in Spain under the guidance of CF Motril technical staff, in coordina?on with your own team coaches. This is a very unique program that Futways can offer thanks to its exclusive partnership with CF Motril. Who is this program for? This program is aimed to soccer teams any ages who wish to increase their level of play and have a soccer experience in Europe. Does the team have to be accompanied by its coaches or tutors? Yes. The involvement of your coaches or tutors is key to the effec?veness of the program and to take responsibility of the group. 4

What is CF Motril? CF Motril is a historic Spanish soccer club. The club has three teams: CF Motril, a Spanish 3 rd Division team (first team). CF Motril B, a Tercera Regional Granada Grupo 3 Sénior (second team). +18 years old. This is your team. CF Motril Juvenil: Juvenil Liga Nacional - 16 to 18 years old. 6
What is the story of the club? The club was founded in 1984 under the name of Motril CF: 6 years in 2nd B Division 16 years in 3rd Division Due to financial stress the club was dissolved in 2012 The club was re-founded in 2012 by its current owner and President Manuel García, under the name of CF Motril Re-started the compe??on in 2nd Regional Has achieved 4 promo?ons in a row Now the first team of CF Motril is consolidated as one of the best teams in its group in 3rd Division 7

In what leagues are CF Motril teams playing? CF Motril (first team) currently plays in 3 rd Division CF Motril B currently plays in the Tercera Andaluza Group 1 Sénior league.. The CF Motril Juvenil (ages 16 to 18) plays in Segunda Andaluza Granada Juvenil (2 nd Regional) In the Spanish system there is a promo?on and relega?on system in place. What is the level of soccer of these leagues? Soccer level in Spain is high. A 3 rd Division team like CF Motril has the level to play against teams in US 2 nd Division (USL or NASL). The Tercera Andaluza Group 1 Sénior where CF Motril B plays is a development category for young players. The same applies to CF Motril Juvenil. What will I do during the team stage? Where will I train and play? The main facility is the Estadio Municipal Escribano Cas?lla where the first team plays its compe??ve games. The club has access to other soccer facili?es for games and training. Training in the beach is also part of the program. Visa Do I need a visa? Visa is not required for stays in Spain for less than 3 months 19
Accommoda<on Is accommoda<on included in the program? For your convenience Futways includes accommoda?on in this program. What kind of accommoda<on does Futways provide? Two alterna?ve accommoda?on op?ons are provided: economy hotel / Upscale hotel (please refer to Fees for more details). How will I take care of my laundry? Meals Are meals included? Three meals per day are included in the program Menus are supervised by the team nutri?on coach in order to ensure that it helps you stay healthy and fit for your soccer prac?ce. Thanks to its mild climate, the Motril region is rich in fruits and vegetables which will be an important part of your diet. The region is also rich in fish and seafood, which will also be a part of your diet. Healthy and tasty food will be at the core of your diet 21
Other Services Does Futways provide health and accident insurance? You are responsible for your own health or accident insurance. Are transfers from and to the airport included? Yes, we will pick up the team at the Malaga airport at your arrival and take you there at the end of your stay. Does the program include any cultural or tourist ac<vi<es? Futways wants to help you enjoy your stay in Spain. Our program includes the following cultural ac?vi?es: Tour of Granada & Flamenco Show Water Sports at the Beach Anend a LaLiga game (op?onal if available) Will Futways provide any assistance during my stay?
