Over 55 Head Sell A.I. bred to Heat Wave or Industry Leading Heat Wave Sons!

FROM DAVE DUELLO n behalf of everyone involved I would like to welcome you to the 2011 Western Elite In the Yards at the National Western Stock Show. It is hard to believe that a year has passed since the Inaugural Western Elite. We felt like last years event was a huge success and it has been very gratifying to hear the reports of satisfaction and success that have resulted from those purchases. We appreciate the buyers and all of the people that evaluated the cattle or expressed interest in them. We look forward to seeing you again in Denver. As we prepared to select the cattle for this year s sale each of us have refl ected on the initial mission of the Western Elite which was to present a Unique Elite Female Event to the public at the Greatest Livestock Show in the World The National Western Stock Show. The Western Elite, from its inception has focused on being a first class event that was unique and different Viewing the sale offering, In the Yards 2010. than anything at the stock show featuring an offering of Elite Seedstock from breeders that understand the business and are in it for the long haul. With that mission and a clear view of last years sale in our mind each of us dug deep in to our respective programs to bring you what we believe is even a stronger, deeper and more diverse offering. THIS OFFERING IS LOADED WITH POWER FROM THE FIRST TO THE LAST PAGE OF THE CATALOG. The main focus of this year s sale (as was last years) is to offer you the very best young, productive, proven, elite females that were AI bred to the Best Bulls in the business. You will find as you evaluate the cattle that they are not only bred right, stout and good looking they are sound structured, good uddered, easy fl eshing, practical, productive cattle with good temperaments. These traits are of the ut most importance to each of these programs. You are buying seedstock from programs that the cattle business is their only business it s not a hobby we take it serious we have to, it is our sole livelihood. These selection pressures coupled with the genetic power in the pedigrees and the keen eye of the participants in this sale results in an offering that is truly unique. These are not put together cattle they have been bred and developed with a purpose. These cattle have passed all the tests and jumped all the hurdles and are here for the picking. THEY ARE TRULY UNIQUE AND THEY WILL BE AFFORDABLE. The new twist to this year s sale are the BRED HEIFERS AND BULLS. Duello Cattle Company and Bauman s have brought you the absolute top cut of their bred heifers and they are incredible. We believe that these 28 Lots offer as much quality and genetic power as you will find anywhere in the country. We are really grateful to Buck Cattle Company for allowing us to market their Herd Sire/Promotional Bull BK Sting X8, sired by Yellow Jacket. This exciting Smoky s dam, was purchased from Duello/Bauman in 2008. We look forward to assisting our Western Elite Customers in marketing the progeny of there purchases in years to come. And last but certainly not least the Baumans are bring two extremely good young herdsire candidate that need careful consideration. One of the most asked questions and biggest concerns going into and at the Sale last year was How are we going to get them home? To be honest we had the same concerns. NO MORE WORRIES! Delivery of the cattle last year came off with out a hitch. If you let us know what you want we believe we can accommodate you. Again this year will guarantee delivery of your purchases to central locations for a maximum of $200/Head. We didn t have a single complaint last year and don t expect any this. So, come enjoy the Stock Show, buy at the Western Elite with confidence and let us worry about getting them to you. The Cattle will be in the Yards and available for your inspection on Thursday January 13, 2011. We would invite you to inspect the cattle at our ranches in Southeast Wyoming at any time prior to the sale. We hope to see you in Denver, please feel free to call if we can be of any assistance. Dr. Dave Duello, Pine Bluffs, Wyoming

about trucking? Don t...we have you covered! Worried TRUCKING AND TRANSPORTATION WELCOME FROM COLLINS CATTLE SERVICES Thank you for your interest in the 2011 Western Elite sale offering. The ranches included in this sale event have worked hard to bring an impressive set of females to the National Western. The offering is powerful and runs the gamut from highly maternal genetics to ground pounding club calf producers. There are many valuable, prospective donor candidates and solid foundation females for a seedstock or club calf producing program. The Western Elite is a unique event and the first of its kind in Denver. It offers a diverse breed representation and highlights the composite producing and club calf sector of the beef seedstock business. This type of cattle and their genetics have been highly successful across the country and offer a tremendous potential for profit and growth within many differing breeding program scenarios. I am proud to represent a set of cattle and people that do this for a living and strive, day in and day out, to produce good, successful livestock. From the Maine and Simmental genetics to the club calf influence, these females are backed by some of the best cattle in the business and they have been rigidly selected for quality, soundness and pedigree. These cows have a wide range of mating options and have the maternal soundness to add value to a replacement or steer and heifer prospect producing outfit. Please do not hesitate to inquire about the cattle or the sale information. Come and enjoy the National Western, the people and the cattle. The Western Elite offering will be on display just off the main alley, behind the sale ring, next to the carload back drop. Look for the signs. We look forward to seeing you in Denver. Christy Collins, Inc. www.collinscattleservices.com For questions email: ccollinsinc@gmail.com 580-305-0001 cell/text 1-800-975-6313 All cattle must be removed from the National Western Grounds by 6:00 PM Sunday, January 16th 2011, unless prior arrangements have been made. We will assist buyers to the best of our ability in coordinating transportation with reputable truckers. We will guarantee trucking to central locations, not to exceed $200/hd. Central locations won t be decided until the sale has concluded and the distribution of needs is known. Any cattle that delivery arrangements are not certain (or that the buyer would like to pick up at a later date) by Sunday at 6:00 PM, will be taken to Duello Cattle Company located 3 miles north of I-80 at Pine Bluffs, WY for distribution or back to the consignor if the buyer so desires.
