Introduction: Thank you for considering sponsorship of the Sterling Heights Baseball and Softball Association or one of the associated teams. Our league is designed to provide recreation level baseball and softball to the local community. Regardless of experience or skill level, there is a place for every child within our league. Our league is organized in a way that will help develop every child s ability in the sport and help refine those skills already learned. Each of our divisions focuses on a specific skill set in order to gradually allow our children to learn and enjoy America's favorite pastime. There are several benefits to sponsor our team s activities: Community Appreciation SHBSA is a community based program that appreciates all those who help and support them. When you sponsor SHBSA, the entire Sterling Heights community is exposed to your generosity and support. This appreciation is manifested in Customer Loyalty and Brand Recognition which in turn, increases your visibility throughout the community. Strategic Demographic Mapping SHBSA is not only focused on the boys and girls who range from ages 4-18, but also the friends, parents, grandparents and siblings who come to watch their children play. By touching this market you are not only hitting all of different demographics in this category, but you are also creating long term customers as these children grow up to become young adults. This strategy reduces your Cost per Lead and creates a streamlined approach to Customer Acquisition and also Long Term Retention of those same individuals. The longstanding tradition of recreational baseball and softball will continue in 2017 with the formation of the Sterling Heights Baseball and Softball Association! The Sterling Heights Baseball & Softball Association is a non-profit corporation and is dedicated to promoting organized amateur baseball and softball programs in the city of Sterling Heights. We are dedicated to providing a fun and educational experience to children ages 4-18. Sponsorship Programs: Multiple programs are available for sponsorship requests. These programs span from merchandise donations all the way through Association sponsorship programs. SHBSA is willing to work with any potential sponsor to expand or tailor a program that fits the requirements. As a guide, all sponsorships are subject to the approval of the SHBSA Board of directors. Flexible Sponsorship: SHBSA understands that many companies already have pre-defined sponsorship programs in place. Aside from our pre-defined guidelines that follow, SHBSA is willing to work with you to understand what your individual sponsorship requirements are and how we can best integrate your needs into our program. Our goal is to make sponsorship as easy and flexible as possible to create a win-win situation for all parties. We are willing to entertain and promote said events across our community, including flyers, website advertising, email blasts, banner advertising, etc. Contact us directly to discuss and arrange the details. Merchandise Donation SHBSA is always looking for donations to support the program. Aside from sports related equipment, we hold a banquet raffle where various merchandise from backpacks to sports tickets to TVs are distributed to the association members. Donation of any products would include sponsor recognition for the donated merchandise and inclusion during the video. Opening Day Booth/Advertisement: Opening Day a Delia Park provides visibility to the entire SHBSA program community in a one-day session. During this time, teams will play games, have pictures taken and participate in many fun events. This day will provide the most foot-traffic through the park on any single day of the season. The opportunity to advertise and/or demonstrate your wares is a great opportunity to expose this diverse demographic to what our sponsors are providing.
