Logistics DUPLAYS will handle it ALL Implementation Awareness plan and strategy will be provided by DUPLAYS Management of sign up process Website design and management Timeline management Venue and event approvals Website Online registration: DUPLAYS to manage the online registration process. Post event feedback form on-site and newsletter Staffing All staff will be briefed by DUPLAYS to ensure the best service to the client. DUPLAYS will provide qualified administrators and umpires for the event All staff have been vetted and hired by DUPLAYS. Health & Safety All Staff will be vetted by DUPLAYS.. Sessions will have adequate First Aid Cover. First Aid packs to be with staff when required. DUPLAYS has Third Party Public Liability Insurance F&B DUPLAYS to provide F&B services at the venue.
