Dear 5k Participants, Partners & Community Members, This guide will provide details for the 5k event serving Montgomery and Delaware Counties, PA. Prior to 5k day, please review this event guide for all the details you will need to be prepared. Since February, over 1,550 local girls have been meeting twice a week after school. Together with their coaches they work through a curriculum that strengthens their social, emotional and physical muscles. A key part of their character development lessons is running to prepare to complete a 5k. As they accomplish that goal and cross the finish line, we hope you have a wonderful experience as well.
