PRE-SQUADDING INSTRUCTIONS The NHCTA is offering a pre-squadding opportunity to those shooters who do not wish to stand in the long lines which accompany the first day of any large shoot. We will be using 5 banks of 2 traps. You may pre-squad for individual positions or full squads. The maximum is one squad per shooter, per event. 1. The cost of pre-squadding is $2.00 per position, per event ($10 for a full squad). This non-refundable service charge must be included with your request form and is not applicable toward entry fees. 2. We will make every effort to assign the starting time you indicated on your request form. HOWEVER, due to the popularity of certain times, there may not be any squads available on your first choice. Remember, PRE- SQUADDING SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 3. The first 10 squads for Event #6 (Championship Handicap) are reserved for non-resident shooters. 4. All squads may be picked up at the squadding table during normal office hours each day of the shoot. All pre-squadded entries will be in envelopes marked with the name of the person doing the ordering. Squads must be picked up at least one hour prior to your squad s starting time or they will be returned to the general population and the deposit will be forfeited. Pre-squads WILL NOT be mailed. 5. All requests for pre-squadding will be processed after June 20th. Any requests which are postmarked prior to June 20th will be treated as if they were postmarked on June 20th. All requests will be honored first-come, first-served, by date of postmark after June 20th. 6. Priority on each postmarked-date stamped day will be given to full squads first, then partial squads, and finally individual positions. Those shooters requesting less than a full squad may be assigned a different position if their first choice is unavailable, unless you indicate that the position has higher priority than the squad number. 7. To avoid any confusion requests need to be on the appropriate form. Indicate with an E, M, or L whether you wish to shoot early, in the middle, or late in each event For handicap events, enter yardage for your handicap posts. Mail the completed form and check (PAYABLE TO MELISSA LABRECQUE) to: Melissa Labrecque 6 Mockingbird Lane Hudson, NH 03051 5

GENERAL INFORMATION Remaining entry cards for Saturday and Sunday will be available between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Friday. Each shooter will be able to obtain a maximum of 5 entry cards per event. A meeting to elect the ATA delegate and alternates will be held on Sunday following the doubles. Targets only shooters are eligible for the added money. The management reserves the right to refuse any entry, change the program or adjust the traps at any time, as needed. The first 10 squads of Sunday s handicap have been reserved for non-resident shooters. Pay-off for Saturday s event will be on Sunday. Sunday s events will be by check. Pay-off for The resident RU (events 4, 5 & 6) takes precedent in his or her class or yardage group for added money. Events will be conducted over 10 program fields. Management reserves the right to use a 10 per post system if attendance warrants. Entries are final. No changes or refunds will be allowed unless significant extenuating circumstances exist. It is the shooter s responsibility to check his or her scores on the scoreboard as well as the score sheets. Once purses and options are figured, they will not be changed for scoreboard errors. Free targets for Resident Juniors and Sub-Juniors when purses and options are not played. If shoot-offs cannot be held or must be terminated, a winner will be determined by reverse long run. For HOA and HAA, events will be used in reverse order. The 2017 ATA refund amounts to $747.00. This is to certify that Minute Man Sportsman s Club has been authorized to hold a registered shoot July 7,8,9, 2017 at Burlington, MA. ATA rules will govern the shoot and the scores will become part of the official records. 6
