DRIVING TO SURF SNOWDONIA If you re coming by car we re just 7 miles from the main A55 North Wales arterial route with a final run-in just 15 minutes from the main expressway. Liverpool and Manchester city centres are around 1.5 hours drive away, and the city of Chester just 50 minutes. If you re coming from further afield the A55 links in pretty seamlessly with the North West s motorway network at the M53 and M56. FAQS IS THERE A LIMIT ON GROUP SIZE? There is no limit on group size but you may need to stagger your activities! We can teach a maximum of 24 beginner surfers per hour, 6 intermediates and 6 advanced. Crash & Splash has a maximum group size of 24 per hour. WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY? We take a 20% deposit when you make your booking. The balance should be paid at least 20 days before your visit. CAN I MODIFY MY BOOKING ONCE I HAVE PAID? If you need to change any detail of your booking, please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to accommodate. No changes can be made within 14 days of your booking. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? If for any reason you need to cancel your visit you should contact us as soon as possible. We don t offer refunds, but with 20 or more days notice we will give you an equivalent value voucher to use for another date. Deposits are non-refundable. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? Our surfing and Crash & Splash activities are not affected by the rain. Team building activities can take place indoors. WHAT IF NOT EVERYBODY WANTS TO SURF? That s fine we can tailor your day to suit! Our Chariot Challenge and Back-to-School Sports Day do not require wetsuits or getting wet. Our Crash & Splash obstacle course and catapult blob are low-skill activities that are designed to be fun and easy!
