Our Easter Experts Christopher Long Executive Chef Chris joined recently from Vietnam and he is in charge of all the delicacies and mouthwatering dishes we serve for you in our restaurants. If you feel like having something sweet, ask him for chocolate truffle. He was in the Guinness Book of World Records for the world s largest chocolate truffle. Chris and his team can bring your personal requests to life for a memorable dining experience during your stay at Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort. Roopesh Mohan Roopesh is our resident yoga and fitness trainer. He will be guiding you into introductory yoga and meditation sessions and unfold tips and secrets to improve your health and balance through pranayama. If you need to keep up your workout schedule, arrange private training lessons and he will make sure that you keep in shape while on holiday. Dora Dzurjak The latest addition to the Grape Expectations dream team, with more than 10 years experience in Food & Beverage Service, including 3 years in the Maldives hospitality environment. Dora, after years of studying Psychology, all of a sudden fell in love with bartending and constantly developed herself on the subject. Over the years, Dora created cocktail menus, supervised all aspects ofbeverage service and coordinated several events, but finallyfound her passion in wine and got certified through theglobally recognized Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). With an in-depth knowledge of bar and restaurant procedures and practices as well as wine, nowadays Dora s main focus is on training Food & Beverage service associates, all across the Maldives.
