Swan Lake Stables hosts 12 Premier (AA) and Regional (A) horse shows each year with an additional 10 (B) rated shows and a series of local events. Swan Lake Horse Shows awards over $600,000 in prize money each year. It opened its doors in early 2,001, and 18 years later Swan Lake Stables has grown to hosting shows with over 2,500 exhibitors competitors each year. Swan Lake Stables has all the amenities to host national and international events. The facility has 250 permanent stalls and up to 600 vinyl stalls under canvas. The facility has five show rings which include a massive Grand Prix Ring, a 300 x120 indoor ring and three show rings with all weather footing. In addition Swan Lake Stables has over 200 acres with the plush green grass and a 28 acre lake glistening in the distance. The 2018 season is going to be better than ever. Our team has been working tirelessly in getting the 2018 season off to a great start. We are so excited about giving you the best experience yet. We know to make this happen we needed to make a few changes and that we are proud to say we did. We are very pleased to announce a new management team. This team has over 25 years of experience in producing top notch horse shows. Their knowledge is key to producing a fun, exciting, competitive and successful horse show experience. In addition to a new management team. St. Christopher is hosted May 9-13 and is followed by our flagship horse show the Blue Rock Classic May 16-20. Both horse shows combined will have over 150.000 in prize money. We offer a variety of divisions suited for every level of rider both hunter and jumper. We also host the Kick Off Classic (AA) June 19-13, The Mid Summer Stroller (AA) July 18-22, The Mason Dixon Classic (A) July 25-29 and the Quentin Fall Classic (AA) August 30-September 2. We also have a series of horse shows at (B) rating and local levels. We are VERY pleased to host the 2018 Stirrup Cup Championships Sept 29-30. We have also made improvements to the schedule to the Blue Rock Classic. We have added a ring on Friday to help alleviating some of the late days that have been experienced in years past. By adding a ring on Friday the days will be shorter so everyone can experience the great local restaurants, shopping and all the activities historical Gettysburg provides. We feel that being at the horse show should not just be the only experience you have. Swan Lake has always been known for there hospitality and horse show parties. This year will be no different, this year our hospitality will exceed expectations. Welcome Parties, pizza parties, music and fun classes are just some of the activities we have planned for this up coming season. Our goal is to not only give you the very best showing experience but also the best experience when not competing. This year will be the first annual National Hunter Derbies with an exciting twist. There will be one National Hunter Derby for anyone to enter and another for just Junior and Amateur Riders. We are very pleased with what we have done for you this season. We are looking very forward to seeing our loyal supporters and friends back for another season. For those of you that have never had the chance to come visit us, we look forward to meeting you and hope you put us on your calendar. Cheers! 1

Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series The Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series is designed to give amateur-owner and junior riders an opportunity to compete at higher levels and serves as a proving ground for many riders who aspire to someday represent the United States in international competition. With classes at approximately 100 horse shows across the country, the Series hosts separate junior and amateur-owner divisions in two Conferences East and West. Series standings are used to help determine junior and amateur-owner entries for the Alltech National Horse Show and the Las Vegas National Horse Show. Series winners receive year-end awards, and the Series offers Year-End Championship Finals for junior and amateur-owner riders at the Alltech National Horse Show and the Las Vegas National Horse Show. Any horse show offering a class that meets all the criteria set forth in the Series specifications and has prize money of at least $1,000 is eligible to be part of the series.
