Using the latest technology, your design is digitally generated in the required colour scheme with the logos, sponsors, numbers and names. Each panel is then output on a digital dye sublimation printer, which has a special ink that when put through a heated transfer press at higher temperatures becomes a gas and is absorbed into the polyester fabric. The panels are then sewn together to create the finished item, giving you a colour fast, durable, individual garment.
