- 2016 Indiana 4-H Horse & Pony Horse Judging, Hippology & Horse Bowl Camp February 12-14, 2016 Frequently Asked Questions Where is the camp going to be held? The camp will be held at Discovery Hall at the Indiana State Fair Grounds on the third floor. What should adults and youth bring who are staying overnight? Anyone staying overnight should bring bed linens, a pillow, towels, toiletries, and a current health form. Does this meet the hippology area event requirement for state contest eligibility? Starting in 2016, there is no longer a requirement to participate in an area event for contest eligibility. When is the registration deadline? The registration deadline is January 30th. Is there a limit to how many people can attend? Yes. There is a limit of 120 people total. This includes adults, coaches, and those attending only on Saturday. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis until the limit is reached. What is the cost for coaches or adults chaperones who bring 4 or more youth? Coaches or adults who bring 4 or more youth are eligible for a reduced rate of $45 for the weekend. There is no reduced rate for Saturday only. Does the registration fee cover lodging? YES! Lodging is provided onsite for both Friday and Saturday night. What are the sleeping arrangements? There will be four bunk rooms, each with 8 14 bunk beds. Does the registration fee cover meals? Yes. The weekend registration covers all meals from Friday evening supper through Sunday morning breakfast. The Saturday only registration covers Saturday lunch only.
