NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS All Competitors to pay admission unless Members. Owners to be responsible for penning their own cattle. All cattle to be penned between noon and 5pm, Thursday 7 th June, 2018. Judging to commence as per schedule approximately 7am Friday 8 th June 2018. All cattle to be bona fide property of nominator. Horns of all cattle to be tipped. The committee would like cattlemen to consider exhibiting polled or dehorned cattle in the future. All Entries to be restricted to one except Championship es. No Cattle to be removed before 3pm Saturday 9 th June 2018. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST SELL 75% OF THEIR EXHIBITS BY AUCTION. No animal that has won a First Prize at a Prime Cattle Show is eligible for Entry. The teeth of all cattle exhibited in the Prime Cattle Section must be examined by the Exhibitor or his agent within the week prior to arrival at the Showground. It will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor or his agent to affix the appropriate coloured tag to the tail of each beast prior to dispatch to the Show grounds, such tag to indicate the number of permanent teeth erupted. Any beast that has erupted one of any pair of permanent teeth shall move to the next appropriate. For this Show, the following colours will be used: ORANGE Milk Teeth Only; WHITE not more than 2 permanent teeth; BLUE not more than 4 permanent teeth; YELLOW not more than 6 permanent. Each Exhibitor should specify on his entry form the number of permanent teeth erupted on each beast nominated by him. Tail tags will be supplied by the Show Society to each Exhibitor upon receipt of entries.

In classes that are for Grain and Pasture Fed animals, the winner shall compete for the appropriate Championship at the Chief Steward s discretion. Pasture Fed is defined as cattle being fattened on either natural or improved pastures. DEFINITELY NO ACCESS TO GRAIN. SPECIAL CLASS (1) Pen of 4 Replacement Heifers Milk Tooth Bred and Owned by Exhibitor NOMINATION - $44 per pen No stud cattle eligible for entry. These heifers can return to their owner s property on Saturday 9 th June 2018 after 3pm. Any exhibitor wishing to sell their heifers may do so they will be sold by open auction (less commission). All competitors to be residents of Queensland for at least 3 months prior to the Competition, or be attending a college in Queensland. 4. Eligibility: National winners and persons on breed society senior judging panels are NOT eligible. 5. A competitor can only represent one Sub-Chamber in the State Final. 6.
