IMPORTANT FAIR UPDATE NO LATE FAIR ENTRIES ACCEPTED THIS YEAR Fremont County Youth Committee has made the decision to eliminate late 4-H project entries this year. This means no projects or classes can be added after the normal JULY 1 deadline. This includes static entries, livestock, and pet classes. NO EXCEPTIONS. We encourage any projects not entered into 4-H FairEntry be entered into open class at the fair. Please take the responsibility to get your projects and animal classes in 4-H FairEntry by JULY 1. We trust that between 4-H leaders, superintendents, parents, and the Extension staff we can spread the word. We want to avoid issues after the JULY 1 deadline. This will reduce confusion at the fair, and save time, to help make the fair the best it can be. Thank you all for your cooperation!

Open June 1 - July 1 This is where **NO you Late enter entries your will projects be accepted for after the this Fair! time** Go to http://fremontcountyfair.fairentry.com/ to enter in your classes! Use your 4honline user name and password Before entering classes you will need to know: o Detailed descriptions of projects*** (if you describe a photography project photo we will deny the submission and it will come back to you to fix) o When you can work the food stand o When you can make a Cherry Pie o When to make your muffins for Clover Kids o How many stalls you will need for all animals o How many birds you are bringing for Pullorum Testing Once you enter classes, make sure you hit the SUBMIT button. BUT>>>> if you have multiple children, don t hit SUBMIT until you have entered classes for all kids. Once Extension approves your classes, you are then free to go back to FairEntry and enter more classes. If you do hit SUBMIT too early, it is okay, Extension will just have to approve first before you can be allowed back into FairEntry. Check out the Fairbook! Lots of FairEntry help tips are listed! Are you entering as an FFA member and a 4-H er? Once you have entered all of your classes for 4-H, log out and create a new account for those FFA classes. So in the end, you will have 2 accounts. FFA animals are entered in 4honline but they do not transfer over to FairEntry, you have to add them.
