The contract will exist from August 19, 2015 through August 18, 2016 with an option to renew for 2 additional 1 year periods. Estimated annual expenditures for 2014-2015 were approximately $35,000.00. There is no guarantee of minimum or maximum purchases; however the aggregate purchase from a vendor may exceed $50,000. The proposal is based on estimated quantities and the price and quality relationship of the products. Prices include shipping. Specifications were posted to Aldine's website and an advertisement was placed in the newspaper. Vendors were contacted to inquire about their intentions to respond.
