Alumni Stadium Alumni Stadium is the home of the Boston College football team, and is adjacent to Conte Forum. Alumni Stadium is closed during home events in Conte Forum. Animals/Pets All animals and/or pets are prohibited in Conte Forum with the exception of service animals assisting those with disabilities. All autograph sessions will be held at Gate C. Please check www.bceagles.com for a list of autograph sessions. Bags and Bag Searches To expedite your entrance into the facility, we recommend not bringing bags into Conte Forum. Student Gold Pass holders are not permitted to bring any bags into Conte Forum bigger than 12x12x6. General guests may bring bags into the arena but all bags will searched for prohibited items by stadium officials. Bag size should be no bigger than a backpack and larger luggage items are prohibited. Baldwin Baldwin is the official mascot of Boston College. Banners, Signs and Flags Banners, signs and flags deemed inappropriate by event staff are not permitted in Conte Forum. Signage may not be hung or attached anywhere inside or outside of the facility. BCPD (Boston College Police Department) Many officers are present on game day to ensure the safety and security of the student-athletes, coaches and fans. The main BCPD station is located at 21 Campanella Way. Bookstore The Boston College bookstore has merchandise stands located at Gate B and Gate C of Conte Forum. Other options include the main Bookstore located at McElroy Commons and at 21 Campanella Way. Camera Policy Still cameras that do not obstruct views of the playing surface of neighboring guests are permitted. Cameras that have lenses larger than 4 inches or those with detachable lenses are not permitted in Conte Forum. Colors The official colors of Boston College are maroon and gold. Concessions

Concession stands and carts are located throughout Conte Forum. Conte Forum Conte Forum is the home of the Boston College Men s and Women s Basketball, Men s and Women s Ice Hockey and Women s Volleyball teams. Conte Forum seats 8,606 for basketball and 7,884 for ice hockey. Corporate Hospitality For information on hosting an event, please contact External Operations at 617.552.3005. Doug Flutie Statue The Doug Flutie Statue is located outside on the north side of Conte Forum adjacent to Gate D of Alumni Stadium. Eagles in the Pros Eagles in the Pros are displays honoring former Boston College student-athletes that have played or are currently playing at the professional level of their respective sports. The Men s Ice Hockey display is located at the Southeast corner of the concourse. The Men s and Women s Basketball display is located at the Northeast corner of the concourse. Elevators Elevators are located near both the North and South entrances. The elevators provide service to the concourse levels of Conte Forum and the 4 th floor Press Box (some stairs required for entry into the pressbox). The elevators do not provide service to the upper decks of the arena. Emergency Evacuation In the event that the Boston College Athletic Department determines that it is necessary to evacuate the arena, an announcement will be made by the Public Address Announcer advising fans of the need to leave the arena. Upon hearing this announcement, fans are advised to exit the arena in a calm and orderly fashion. Fans are encouraged to exit the arena via the gate printed on their ticket. The gate printed on the ticket is the closest exit to that corresponding seat location. Staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation and will assist fans as needed. Event Staff, Ushers and Ticket Takers Event Staff may be recognized by their brightly colored jackets labeled Event Staff. Please notify the nearest event staff member if you have any questions or concerns throughout the day. Fan Behavior We are BC is a campus wide initiative aimed at enhancing the atmosphere at BC for students, alumni, visitors, student-athletes and guests. Through the four tenets of the campaign, Pride, Passion, Respect, and Responsibility, campus leaders are hoping to promote a fun, safe, and respectful environment for all of Boston College. Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Violators may also have their season tickets revoked. Notify the nearest Event Staff or Security Representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you. Guests of Boston College are expected to: o Sit in assigned seats to avoid inconveniencing other guests. o Keep aisles clear at all times. o Be prepared to show your ticket stub each time you enter your assigned seating section. o Refrain from entering the playing surface, throwing objects, or any other actions that may prove hazardous. Offenders will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution. Fastbreak Club The Fastbreak Club is the official support organization of the Boston College Women s Basketball team. First Aid The Conte Forum First Aid room is located behind Section O on the Conte Forum concourse. Please notify a member of the event staff if you need immediate assistance. The First Aid room is staffed by BCPD EMT s and Boston College s Eagle EMS. Flynn Fund The Flynn Fund provides our student-athletes and coaches with the resources that are necessary to compete at the highest level of college athletics. Donations may be designated to any one of Boston College s 31 varsity programs, or you may choose to make an unrestricted gift to the Flynn Fund which gives the Director of Athletics flexibility to use the funds where they are needed the most. Gifts to Boston College earmarked for athletics qualify donors for membership in the Boston College giving societies. Your annual investment helps fund scholarships, recruiting, facility upgrades, and operating costs. All annual gifts to Athletics are tax deductible to the extent of the law. Men s Ice Hockey: o Gates open 90 minutes prior to puck-drop for premium guests which include suite holders, students and Pike s Peak members. o Gates open 60 minutes prior to puck-drop for the general public. Gold Pass Beginning in the fall of 2013 all students have the option to purchase the Gold Pass which grants students access into home games by swiping their BC issued Student ID card. Access to all events will be on a first come first served basis until allotted student seating is filled. For select games where demand is expected to exceed supply, BC Athletics will implement a reward system where student tickets are distributed based on points. A student s BC ID will serve as the ticket. Please note that purchasing the Gold Pass does not guarantee a student access to the games. It simply provides the opportunity to access games. It is up to the student to make sure they arrive early enough to get into the game or accumulate enough points to get a ticket for the high demand games. Hall of Fame Wall The Hall of Fame Wall has recently been renovated and is located on the west side concourse of Conte Forum. The Boston College Hall of Fame was founded by the Varsity Club in 1970 and has inducted over 400 of the finest student-athletes ever to wear the Maroon and Gold. Boston College can be reached by a variety of MBTA stations. The Green Line B, C, and D trains all have stops within walking distance to Conte Forum. The Riverside Station (exit 22 off Rt. 128/I95) provides ample parking and easy access from the Metro West Region via the Green line s D train. Only credentialed personnel will be allowed into the media areas. Media parking is located in the Beacon St. Garage.

Media Suite The Conte Forum Media Suite is located on the first level of the South side of Conte Forum. The Media Suite offers a working area for media with data and telephone ports and also has an adjacent area for press conferences. Media dining is available beginning two (2) hours prior to the start of the game for men s and women s basketball and men s ice hockey. Merchandise The Boston College bookstore has merchandise stands located throughout Conte Forum. Other options include the main Bookstore located at McElroy Commons and at 21 Campanella Way. Pep Band The Boston College pep band performs pre-game, throughout every home game, and concludes with a post-game performance and playing of the Alma Mater. Pike s Peak Hockey Club Pike s Peak is the official support organization of the Boston College Men s Ice Hockey team. Pike s Peak was formed by members of the 1949 National Championship team to promote and support the BC Hockey team. Pike s Peak functions are held in the Shea Room which is located on the South side of Conte Forum on the third floor. Power Gym Power Gym is the competition site for volleyball and the practice facility for men s and women s basketball. Power Gym is closed during basketball and ice hockey events. Prohibited Actions Smoking Throwing or kicking objects in seating areas Disorderly conduct (including use of profanity) Standing or sitting in aisle ways, ramps and walkways Entering the playing surface Prohibited Items To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to Conte Forum for all Boston College events, the following items are prohibited: Alcoholic beverages Artificial noise makers Audio or video recording equipment

Fans are reminded to please leave all such items secured in their vehicles. Individuals with possession of a prohibited item(s) maybe denied admission to Conte Forum. Prohibited items discovered inside Conte Forum will be confiscated. Radio Boston College Men s Basketball games are broadcast on WEEI 850 AM. Boston College Women s Basketball games are broadcast on WVBC AM. Boston College Men s Ice Hockey games are broadcast on WEEI 850 AM. Re-Entry into Arena Re-entry is NOT permitted into Conte Forum. Restrooms Restrooms are located throughout Conte Forum. The restrooms offer baby changing stations and are fully ADA accessible. Companion restrooms are located on the 5 th floor of Conte Forum. ONLINE TICKET SALES: The BC ticket website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can be found by clicking here and allows you to: o Purchase Tickets: Buy tickets directly from the Boston College Athletic Department when available. o Renew Tickets: Renew your season tickets online in a matter of minutes. o Ticket Marketplace: Buy and sell unused tickets from Boston College season ticket holders. o Ticket Transfer: Transfer unused tickets to family and friends. o Ticket Donate: Donate unused tickets to Boston College and help support local community members by providing them an opportunity to attend a BC football game.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISPLACED TICKETS: Lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets will not be replaced. RE-ENTRY: Re-entry is NOT permitted into Conte Forum. WILL CALL: Will Call for the general public is located inside of Gate B of Conte Forum at the ticket office. Trophy Cases The trophy cases are located on the East side concourse of Conte Forum. The football trophies, including Doug Flutie s Heisman Trophy, are located in the Hajjar Family Football Museum at the Yawkey Athletic Center. Hours of operation of the Hajjar Family Football Museum are: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. On home football game weekends the hours are: Friday - 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday 3 hours 30 min pre game Sunday - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Vehicle Restrictions No RV s or campers are allowed on campus. Parking garages have the following height restrictions: o Commonwealth Ave. Garage has a clearance of 6 ft. o Beacon St. Garage has a clearance of 7 ft.
