WHY WE USE THIS METHOD Results from other club we have implemented this practice 1632 Total Positions 96% Fill Rate!!! Two U9 games had no All U11+ games had and at least 1 AR Email from a Grade 6 referee Daneen and Brian, I'm out on the Rec fields right now near G/H and I have to say, these kids are fantastic. You have six referees out here who are setting a new standard for young refs. Shirts are tucked in, socks are pulled up, whistle tone is brilliant, signals are crisp and visible, and most important of all, every single one of these referees look involved in the game. You two and your mentors are really doing a fantastic job with the young refs this year. Honestly we have the best Rec referees I've seen.
