Most Unusual Match Unique Occasion Most Eastern Premierships Preliminary Final 1986 Vermont vs Scoresby. Vermont walked off the ground at the final siren a defeated team with the score board showing Scoresby 19-8 Vermont 18-11 and confirmed by the umpires. This was an error by the goal umpires and five days later the scores were altered to read Vermont 19-11,Scoresby 18-8. Vermont went on to win the premiership and the umpires were suspended.
