First-aid measures General In all cases of doubt, or when sickness symptoms persist, seek medical Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. mmediately remove all contaminated clothing. After nhalation Remove to fresh air, keep patient warm and at rest. Irregular breathing/no breathing: artificial respiration. f unconscious place in recovery position and seek medical advice. fter skin contact Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or use recognised skin leanser. Do NOT use solvents or thinners! After eye contact Remove contact lenses, irrigate copiously with clean, fresh water for at east 10 minutes, holding the eyelids apart and seek medical advice. After ngestion Keep at rest. Do not induce vomiting - call a physician. 05. Fire-fighting measures Suitable extinguishing media Alcohol resistant foam, CO2, powders, water spray Unsuitable extinguishing media Waterjet Special risk posed by the substance or by the actual reparation, its combustion products or gases discharged Fire will produce dense black smoke. Exposure to decomposition products ay cause a health hazard. Special protective equipment When extinguishing fires, use breathing apparatus with an independent ource of air. Additional information Cool endangered containers with water in case of fire. DO NOT ALLOW RUN-OFF FROM FIRE FIGHTING TO ENTER DRAINS OR WATER COURSES 06. Accidental release measures Personal precautions Exclude sources of ignition and ventilate the area. Avoid breathing vapours. Refer to protective easures listed in sections 7 and 8. Environmental recautions Do not allow to enter drains or watercourses.. If the product contaminates lakes, rivers or sewage, inform appropriate uthorities in accordance with local regulations. Methods for cleaning p/collecting Contain and collect spillage with non-combustible absorbent materials,.g. sand, earth, vermiculite, diatomaceous earth and place in ontainer for disposal according to local regulations (see ection 13). Clean preferably with a detergent; avoid use of solvents. : INSTRUMENTAL POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES

09. Physical and chemical properties Printing date : 02.06.15 Reviewed on : 1.07.15 Page : 3/ 5 07. Handling and storage Information about separation of incompatible products Keep away from oxidizing agents, from strongly alkaline and strongly cid materials. Further information about storage conditions Always keep in containers of same material as the original one. See also nstructions on the label. Avoid heating and direct sunlight. Keep ontainers dry and cool. 08. Exposure controls and personal protection Additional information about engineering measures Provide adequate ventilation. Where reasonably practicable this shoud be chieved by the use of local exhaust ventilation and good general xtraction. If these are not sufficient to maintain concentrations of articulates and solvent vapour below the OEL (=Occupational Exposure imit), suitable respiratory protection must be worn. Personal protective equipment General protective and hygiene measures Do not eat or drink during work - no smoking. Produktkontakt mit Haut, Augen und Kleidung vermeiden. Avoid the inhalation of dust from sanding, particulates and spray mist rising from the application of this preparation. When operators, whether spraying or not, have to work inside the spray ooth, ventilation is unlikely to be sufficient to control particulates nd solvent vapour in all cases. In such circumstances they should wear compressed air-fed respirator during the spraying process until such ime as the particulates and solvent vapour concentration has fallen elow the exposure limits. Respiratory protection If workers are exposed to concentrations above the exposure limit they ust use appropriate, certified respirators: Use half-mask model with artridge or air-fed Hand protection For prolonged or repeated handling, use glove types like nitrile, eoprene or polyvinyl alcohol. Barrier creams may help to protect the exposed areas of the skin, they s hould however not be applied once exposure has occurred. Eye protection ear safety goggles to protect against solvent splashes. Body protection Personal should wear antistatic clothings made of natural fiber or of igh temperature resistant synthetic fiber. All parts of the body should ashed after contact. be : INSTRUMENTAL POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES Printing date : 02.06.15 Reviewed on : 1.07.15 Page : 4/ 5

Stability and reactivity Conditions to avoid Stable under recommended storage and andling conditions(see section 7). Materials to avoid Keep away from oxidizing agents, strongly alkaline and strongly acid aterials in order to avoid exothermic reactions. Hazardous ecomposition products When exposed to high temperatures may produce hazardous decomposition roducts such as carbon monoxide and dioxide, smoke, oxides of nitrogen. 11. Toxicological information Experience on practice: Exposure of vapour concentration in excess of the stated OEL's may esult in adverse health effects such as mucous membrane and respiratory ystem irritation and adverse effects on kidney, liver and central ervous system. Symptoms and signs include headache, dizziness, fatigue uscular weakness, drowsiness and in extrem cases, loss of consciousness. olvents may cause some of the above effects by absorption through the kin. Repeated or prolonged contact with the preparation may cause emoval of natural fat from the skin resulting in non-allergic contact ermatitis and absorption through the skin. The liquid splashed in the eyes may cause irritation and reversible amage. 12. Ecological information There are no data available on the prparation itself. For componets hich are dangerous for the environment see section 2. The product hould not be allowed to enter drains or water courses. Printing date : 02.06.15 Reviewed on : 1.07.15 Page : 5/5
