The Phelps Regional Health Care Foundation (Foundation) is gearing up for our 20 th Annual Golf Tournament, to be held on June 4, 2018 at the Oak Meadow Country Club in Rolla, Missouri. Your past support of the annual golf tournament helped make the opening of the Delbert Day Cancer Institute (DDCI) at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center a reality last year. We are both grateful for your support and honored to announce that this year s tournament proceeds will again help support the DDCI! We are anticipating another well-attended event this year and ask for your support in helping us reach our fundraising goal of $120,000. There are several sponsorship opportunities available which give your business highly visible recognition as a supporter of the Foundation mission. This includes an opportunity in 2018 to support musical therapy for our patients at the DDCI. This level of support will assure that the baby grand piano located in the DDCI can continue to be played as therapy for our patients.
