Group names will be as per the Speedway State Regulations & Speedway Classes in Class Rules, Chapter 22. Any over-subscribed Classes/Divisions will be split into two or more groups randomly. Each group will race the Heats is if each is a unique Class. There will be multiple Finals raced, with gridding based on the Final point score for the entire Class/Division. 2. ENTRIES 2.1 ENTRIES OPEN: 5.00pm 12/10/2017 2.2 ENTRIES CLOSE: Midnight 8/11/2017 2.3 LATE ENTRIES 2.4 LATE ENTRIES CLOSE: 09:15 12/11/2017 3. ENTRY FEE In accordance with Speedway State Regulations Late Entries Will be accepted. Note: A surcharge for a Late Entry Will apply. 3.1 The Entry Fee for each Competition Group at this Meeting including GST and TDF is as follows: Competition Group Name Entry Fee All Groups $80 Page 2 of 5

ENTRY PROCEDURE 4.1 Each Entry for this Meeting may be made using the CMS as follows: Log on to your driver information via http://www.karting.net.au/ Click on the licence and entries icon ( top centre of the screen ) Click on the Enter a Race Meeting icon Enter your log on details Under My Details functions, choose Pre Enter Race Meeting Choose the State in which the Meeting is being held Choose the Club who is the Organiser of the Meeting 4.2 Payment of the Entry Fee can be made as follows: Credit Card: Mastercard Visa Credit card processing fee of IS NOT payable Payment at the Track for Late Entries Will be accepted. If accepted, the following payment methods are available: 5. MINIMUM ENTRIES Cash 5.1 5 is the minimum number of pre entries which must be received for each Competition Group. 5.2 If insufficient entries are received for a Competition Group to form in its own right, the Competition Group may be consolidated in accordance with the Competition Rules Chapter 1 Rule 9. 3. COMPETITION 1. FORMAT OF RACING 1.1 Practice 1 Practice/Warmup session/s of 2-3 laps will be held. This Will be combined with the first Heat. 1.2 Qualifying There Will Not be Timed Qualifying at this Event. 1.3 1.4 Heats & Final Pointscore Format 1.5 Over-subscribed Classes (up to 200%) 1.5.1 Heats 1, 2, 3 1.5.2 Final The Race Format will be in accordance with NSW State/Speedway Regulations - Club Competition Format 19 (ie Random Draw for heats lowest points from 1,2,3 in final) The Pointscore Format used for gridding will be in accordance with NSW State Speedway Regulations Format 2 - Championship Points Zero Based Will be split into two groups randomly by CMS system. Each group will race the heats as if each is a unique class. Grid positions determined by random computer draw. Grid positions determined by the lowest accumulated points from all heats to grid position 1, and so on up to track density (20) 1.6 Final The winning positions for the day will be determined by the results of the Final only 2. ACCESS TO CIRCUIT Anyone wishing to have a go at this meeting and has already organised it with the club, before race day, can do so. Sponsors will also get the opportunity to have a go. 3.1 Competitors will be permitted to enter the Circuit from 7:00am on 12/11/2017 4. DRIVERS BRIEFING 4.1 DATE: 12/11/2017 TIME: 9:30am LOCATION: On track at Turn 2 5. FUEL 5.1 PULP and E10 PULP are the only fuels permitted to be used at this Meeting. 5.2 Control Fuel Will Not be used at this Meeting. 6. TIMETABLE 6.1 Sunday and 12/11/2017 TIME ACTIVITY a) 7:00am Gates open b) 8:00am Canteen opens c) 9:15am Close of entries d) 9:00am Scrutineering e) 9:30am Drivers briefing f) 10:00am Racing commences g) Approx.. 1:00 pm Lunch break and any Have-a-go participants. h) Approx.. 4:30pm Racing finishes i) After track pack up & at least 30 mins after completion of racing Presentations 7. TROPHIES AND PRIZES 7.1 7.2 Trophies to be awarded to Junior classes 1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd on Feature results as per NSWSKC pointscore (CMS 0,2,3,4,5,6 etc pointscore) Plates to be awarded to Senior classes 1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd on Feature results as per NSWSKC pointscore (CMS 0,2,3,4,5,6 etc pointscore) 4. CIRCUIT SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 1. PADDOCK ALLOCATION Paddock allocation Will Not occur for the Meeting 2. MEDICAL SERVICES 2.1. 3. KART RETRIEVAL Nepean Raceway, 112 Rickards Rd, Castlereagh, NSW 3.1. Pit Crew with trolleys Will be given access to the Circuit during Qualifying and Racing. 3.2. Retrieval of Karts is at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course 3.3. Pit Crew must only enter the Circuit when permitted by the Grid Marshal or the Clerk of the Course and then only if wearing a HIGH VISIBILITY SAFETY VEST on the upper torso. 4. ADDITIONAL VENUE REQUIREMENTS 4.1. Subject to any applicable laws which may govern the access of animals, including but not limited to guide dogs, no animals are allowed anywhere within the facility. 4.2. No dumping of Fuel or Tyres, please make your own arrangements. 4.3. No unlicenced driving of motor vehicles permitted at the Circuit. 4.4. No motorised scooters, mini bikes, roller blading, skateboards and tricycles allowed at the complex during the entire Meeting. Officials may confiscate any such items for the duration of the Meeting.
