On behalf of the students and staff at Sunnyside High School, we welcome you and look forward to the opportunity to serve you and your program. We are working hard to put on a quality event for you and your athletes and look forward to the opportunity to host the tournament. Locker Room Assignments: Boys P.E. Ellensburg Hanford Prosser Selah Wapato West Valley(YK) Girls P.E. Cheney Clarkston East Valley North Central West Valley (SP) Limited access will be provided to the locker rooms. To maintain security coaches and participants need to use designated entrances/exits. Lockers will be available for use in all locker rooms. A combination lock is recommended for security. No travel bags or coolers will be allowed in the gymnasium. Teams must provide their own towels. Designated bleacher seating will be provided for athletes, coaches, team personnel, and cheerleaders all day on Friday and from noon until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. This area is reserved for tournament participants and will be monitored closely. Please assist in keeping this area clear of non-participants. Athletes, coaches, team personnel, and cheerleaders are not permitted to sit in the general seating sections. No more than four (4) per mat During matches only two (2) coaches per school on the mat Warm-up area: Warm-ups will take place in the wrestling room. Only coaches and athletes in uniform are allowed. The public address announcer can be clearly heard from the wrestling room.

No on the floor/aisle set-ups. If your school provides a trainer, a pass will be provided. Schools must provide their own training supplies. Kids will mop mats. Coaches need to clean their own wrestlers. Proper blood clean-up materials will be made available at mat side. Empty lockers will be available. Lock all valuables in lockers provided. Complete the form at the announcer s table prior to placing matches or complete the form included in the packet and bring it to the tournament. As per WIAA Guidelines; a participant that is ejected is finished for the tournament and the remainder of the season. No kids allowed. Please remember to clean up after yourselves. Thanks. On sale at the tournament ; Sub-Regional t-shirts and programs Top 5 placers advance to WIAA Region IV Tournament The top 6 placers will have a pictures taken after the championship match of each weight class. Wresters must be in proper attire or will not be allowed on the awards stand. -No hats -Must wear team warm-ups

PARTICIPANT FOOD / DRINK NOTICE SUNNYSIDE HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION will not allow food or drink to be brought into the facility from the outside for post season tournaments. However, they have agreed to allow participants to bring food and drink into the high school prior to the start of the event. Only small, one-person size bags, coolers, etc., carried by participants will be accepted through the pass gate. NO EXCEPTIONS! Parents and fans need to be advised that food/drink will not be allowed to be brought into the facility. Coolers, bags, packs, etc., will not be allowed to be brought into the facility by parents or fans. NO EXCEPTIONS! Patrons may eat at our high school concession stand or may choose to go off campus to eat at one our local restaurants. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.

Directions to Sunnyside High School: From Tri-Cities: Take exit #69. Turn right onto Highway 241. At the stoplight, turn left, this will be Yakima Valley Highway. Turn left at the second stoplight onto Edison Avenue, the high school is on the left hand side. From Yakima: Take exit #63. Turn left. At the stop sign, turn right, this will be Yakima Valley Highway. Stay on the Yakima Valley Highway and turn right at the third stoplight onto 16th Avenue. Travel to the next stoplight and turn left. The high school is at this intersection. Bus Parking: Buses will need to park across the street in the Ace Hardware Parking Lot (Easy Access in and out on the north side of the school)
