Game Day Operations Team Bench The visiting team bench is located on the LaSalle Street (East) side of the Superdome. Football Tulane will use the NIKE 3005. Coaches Communications Equipment Truck Visiting team must provide their own headsets, etc. Tulane and the Superdome will provide the dry pair. Inside Configuration: 24 ft. x 12.6 in. Height is 13 ft. For equipment truck parking, loading and unloading information, please contact Benny Vanderklis, Director of Security at the Louisiana Superdome. Benny s office phone is 504-587-3857 and his email address is Benny.Vanderklis@superdome.com. Practice Due to the confines of the Superdome, The Louisiana Superdome may or may not be available for a team practice on the day prior to the game. Only TURF SHOES may be worn in The Louisiana Superdome. To schedule practices at The Louisiana Superdome, please contact Scott Mitchell, Assistant Athletic Director for Business, Game Operations and Event Management at 504-865-5373. In the event the Superdome is unavailable, Tulane will assist with making accommodations at another local facility. Game Uniforms Dressing Room Green Helmet, Green Jersey, White Pants The visiting team dressing room is located at the North entrance to the field. The locker room is fully furnished with lockers, chairs, dry-erase boards, treatment tables, taping tables, a mini training room, coaches dressing rooms, restrooms and shower facilities. 7
Game Day Operations Athletic Training Supplies Supplied By Tulane University Practice: 10 Gallons of Water Injury Ice (if requested) Game Day: 2 10 Gallon Coolers 6 8 Cases of Gatorade (Bottled Product) 4 Sleeves of Cups Hydrocollator with (4) Terrycloth Covers 3 Taping Tables Ice 800-1200 lbs. between the visitor sideline/ locker room, or more per request On-site X-ray services, if needed Biohazard/Sharps Container Locker Room Supplies Team Bus Band Buses Band Seating Travel Party Parking Tulane will provide the visiting team with soap, towels, and 100 game programs upon arrival. For practice and on game day, team buses will be allowed access to park at the loading zone to the Superdome (South Entrance off of Girod Street across the street from the New Orleans Arena). This is subject to change, in the event this does change; we will notify you in a timely manner. On game day, band buses will be allowed to unload at the Superdome loading zone. Once the buses have unloaded, they will then be directed to park in Lot #4. Passes for the band buses must be requested with the credential list. Visiting bands will be seated in Section 119. Field access will be granted to visiting team bands at the southeast handicap ramp located at the bottom of Section 118. For official travel party parking needs, please submit a list with your credential list. Please include the number of band buses, vans, VIP (e.g. Director of Athletics), etc. 8
Game Day Operations Visitors Pass Gate Credentials Police Escorts Tailgating RV Parking The visitors pass gate is located at Gate A Ground (Poydras Street). Tulane will provide one (1) six foot table with two chairs. Player Guest entrance will open 1 hour prior to scheduled kickoff time. For questions, please contact Justin Jones, Director of Ticket Sales (504-865-5359). Tulane does request that your credential list be submitted a week in advance, or no later than the Monday prior to the game. Credentials will be sent via Fed-Ex to the SID for distribution. Tulane will provide the 40 sideline passes per NCAA regulations. Please send list to Roger Dunaway, Assistant AD of Communications at roger@tulane.edu. Please contact Scott Mitchell, Assistant Athletic Director for Business, Game Operations and Event Management for police escort arrangements. Tulane uses the New Orleans Police Department for escorts. Tulane will cover the expenses for the escort from the hotel to the Superdome on game day. In the event the visiting team would like to reserve a space at the Superdome, please contact Josh Milby, Event Coordinator for SMG at 504-587-3844. RV parking is available at the Superdome. They will be able to access Lot #4, located in the Southwest quadrant of the Superdome (West side of the Arena). Cost is $50 per RV. Miscellaneous Chewing gum and sunflower seeds are not allowed on Superdome turf. 9

Driving Directions Louisiana Superdome To the Dome From the EAST - Take I-10 west to Superdome exit, turn right to Tulane Ave. take left on Tulane to Galvez and right to S. Rocheblave (under I-10) then turn left to the rear of the Superdome. From the WEST - Take I-10 east to the Louisiana Superdome/Claiborne exit, then turn right.
