Thrashers Open Season October 25, 2017 by Steve Ibbotson The Three Hills Thrashers will take to the ice tonight still looking for their first win of the Heritage Junior B Hockey League season. The Thrashers are winless in seven games so far and face-off against the Strathmore Wheatland Kings tonight at 8:00 pm at Centennial Place Arena. Although they sit in last place in the Southern division, the Kings have three wins, four losses and one overtime loss. The Thrashers latest defeat came last Friday night in Airdrie as they were dropped 7-2 by the Thunder. After Wednesday's game, the Thrashers have three weeks off before their next league game scheduled for Friday November 17 when they host the Blackfalds Wranglers.
