8. Violations of Rules and Policy: Safety on our ranges is of vital importance. Members must obey the posted range rules at all time while on the club ranges. Members who violate the range rules may be denied the use of the range, and if the infraction is severe, membership can be terminated. Ground strikes and ricochets are a serious concern. Bullets must not be allowed to leave the club property. You are personally responsible for each and every round that you send down range. Members who do not follow basic gun safety, and allow unsafe practices are not welcome on Belton Gun Club property. It is your responsibility to insure that you, as well as everyone else present on the range is operating their firearms safely. Please be a good steward of our property. Each and every member should feel a sense of ownership in our facilities. We all have a stake in the overall success and safe operation of the BGC. Please work together to hold each other accountable, from the most important aspect of safety, to the general upkeep and maintenance of the club.
