riverfront club The Riverfront Club provides a breathtaking backdrop of the Ohio River skyline and the ballpark for your guests to celebrate in style. This exquisite setting is perfect for corporate banquets, rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions, holiday parties and all formal functions. It is located on the Club level in right field. The Riverfront Club has a capacity of 236 seated and 350 reception style. The glass-enclosed restaurant is equipped with a wonderful bar and buffet area. Enjoy mingling in our riverview dining level, or choose the three tiers of seating that overlook the playing field and scoreboard. 2
FSN Ohio Club 4192 Lounge From receptions to trade shows and everything in between, FSN Ohio Club 4192 offers a versatile space with spectacular views of the Cincinnati riverfront and Great American Ball Park. The club can be set in a variety of fashions to make the area suitable for your function. FSN Ohio Club 4192 has a capacity of 356 seated and 750 reception style. FSN Ohio Club 4192 s open floor space is ideal for wedding receptions, networking events, fundraisers and trade shows. Located on the Club level of the first-base line, FSN Ohio Club 4192 continues the legacy of Pete Rose and the Big Red Machine era, complete with rare Reds photos on the tabletops. 3
diamond club The Diamond Club at Great American Ball Park offers an intimate setting for your next social or business gathering. Located right behind home plate and steps away from the clubhouse and dugout, this baseballthemed club offers a view into the dugout hallway and convenient access to the Diamond Seats for viewing an on-field event, awards ceremony or taking some great photos with the ballpark as a backdrop. The Diamond Club capacity is 190 seated and 275 reception style. The Diamond Club offers an elegant area for receptions and dinner parties. Coupled with corporate batting practice on the field, the Diamond Club is close to the action so you can cheer on your teammates, as the players do. Hall of Fame and museum With exhibits and memorabilia showcasing the Cincinnati Reds history back to its first professional team in 1869, you can journey through more than 135 years of history under one roof. Enjoy interactive games, listen to historical Reds stories told by Reds greats, or take your shot at being a Reds broadcaster in our Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. For a unique setting, host your next meeting or cocktail reception in our Hall of Fame Theater and lobby. The possibilities are endless in this oneof-a-kind atmosphere. Located adjacent to Great American Ball Park, the Hall of Fame can be rented in conjunction with any other space at the ballpark. The Hall of Fame Theater can hold 90 people seated. Guests of all ages can experience simulated Major League action by leaping against an outfield wall, throwing from a regulation mound, calling balls and strikes as the umpire, or acting as one of our broadcasters in the booth. The spacious main lobby area, which honors the Palace of the Fans, provides an ideal setting to enjoy a bar and hors d oeuvres for a reception up to 200. The Hall of Fame has a maximum capacity of 440 for the entire facility. 5
meeting facilities For groups from 20-90, our Waltz Business Solutions Conference Center, Crosley Room and Hall of Fame Theater offer optimal locations for meetings, seminars or presentations at Great American Ball Park. Located on the Club level overlooking the Crosley Terrace entrance, the Business Conference Center and Crosley Room are the perfect spot to conduct business. The rooms are self contained, acoustically sound and offer all the amenities needed for your next meeting. The Waltz Business Solutions Conference Center holds up to 32 guests seated board room style. The Crosley Room holds 90 guests theater style. Located in the lobby of the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, the Theater provides guests a unique baseball setting for your next meeting with bench seating and a large screen at the front of the room. The Hall of Fame Theater holds 90 guests, theater style on benches. Our meeting facilities are available up to four hours prior to a game. Most rooms are conveniently equipped with a built-in screen for presentations. Additionally, we can accommodate any other audio or visual needs you might have (including Internet access) for all rooms at an additional cost. We can also provide food and beverage options to enhance your meeting. 6
Cincinnati Bell Riverboat Deck Located in center field with unique views of the field and river, the Cincinnati Bell Riverboat Deck offers guests an outdoor, covered option for your next special gathering. Machine Room Grille The Machine Room Grille, located in the left-field corner on the Suite level, offers guests a sports-themed area, ideal for your next party. Themed with items from the Big Red Machine era, the Machine Room Grille is equipped with a full bar, multiple televisions including one large screen and spectacular views to the field. Some of the other features include a mini electronic scoreboard, mock foul poles, outside seats, the zamboni used at Riverfront Stadium and plenty of Reds memorabilia. The Machine Room Grille has a maximum capacity of 300. 8
Field Usage, Batting Cages, Speed Pitch and on-field ceremonies Want to spice up your company outing with some Major League action? Host your next corporate batting practice or speed pitch at Great American Ball Park and test yourself just like the big leaguers. Test your skills on the Major League field in our speed pitch area and see if you can match the 95-mph fastballs our pitchers throw. Your group can take corporate batting practice on the field and warm up as the Reds do. We provide the pitcher, and your guests swing for the fences! Each of these opportunities can be combined with other rental spaces for lunch and dinner options to complete your Major League outing. 9
